Nathan was my teacher when he studied in BYU. Every time, before he started the lesson, he sang to us in class. I loved it! So humble, so careying and open minded. Love from Sweden ❤🇸🇪❤️
Hey I live only a couple of miles from here. This is the beautiful Natchez Trace Bridge in Franklin TN just outside of Nashville. I drive under it almost every day. Beautiful spot !
Nathan, the first time I saw you perform this, and every time since, my heart is filled with so many emotions. Thank you for your incredible gift. Blessings always!
God on high Hear my prayer In my need You have always been there He is young He's afraid Let him rest Heaven blessed. Bring him home Bring him home Bring him home. He's like the son I might have known If God had granted me a son. The summers die One by one How soon they fly On and on And I am old And will be gone. Bring him peace Bring him joy He is young He is only a boy You can take You can give Let him be Let him live If I die, let me die Let him live Bring him home Bring him home Bring him home.
Wow! Y'all did a wonderful service to the rest of us with this one. It was obvious to me that each one of you was living the music-- it was flowing together so beautifully. The cameraman could have flowed better, but caught the beauty in every one of you, and the vistas. Very well done! Thank you from my heart! God bless you all with His Shalom!
This song makes me cry every time I hear it. You have done so well with it. Not an easy song to sing by any means .. and yes the eyes are welled up again. Thank you ♥
beautiful version Thank you all for sharing. I love how restrained all this is and you are the only person I have seen who finishes the way I do - In one breath Warmly Aindre
Beautiful! Your rendition of this song ALWAYS touches me so deeply! And the question every one wants to know is...what bridge is this? Blessings to you all for your amazing talent!
I don't know how people can sing so beautifully without breaking down in tears over the beauty that they are manifesting of the God-given talents within them!
I'm scared of heights...that was MY first thought too. Gorgeous Nathan, all of you are superb. Truly. I Caught and shared your "Be thou my vision" taped at Ogden St. Joseph's, and the other one. Bet there is a sweet 'behind the scenes' story in the taping of those 2 songs.
Fabulous! My favourite song from Les Mis and executed beautifully! Agree with previous comment that the camera should have focused mostly on Nathan. Love your voice, Nathan, angelic.
I have been a fan since the beginning. When I heard you with Yanni I knew you were something so special. The duets with Chloe, singing Adagio in C, such a fabulous talent with a great voice. Now you are out on a bridge, ala Piano guys, singing pop music that is not special at all. The voice is not even the same. What has happened to that beautiful trained Nathan?
+Kathy Dirksen Please do not classify Bring Him Home as a pop song, that is quite incorrect. Musical theater does not = pop. Also, I'm sad you don't realize the great message and context of this song, but I guess it's not for everyone.
I do love this song, it's not that. For me, Nathan's voice is far better suited for classical music. I love Nathan, don't get me wrong, but comparing his "pop/theater" music to the classic/opera style, there is really no comparison. He soars above all others in the classics. Have you heard his rendition of Adagio in C?
+Kathy Dirksen I think you kind of got "stuck" in the Yanni era!....and yes indeed, they are beautiful songs and he did a great job with the singing of the songs, but he has evolved to a cross-over artist, which like many others great classical singers had done! (that is call, keeping up with the times!)... So if you check lately, Nathan appears as a "crossover artist", which happens to be a blend of the classics and pop and in my opinion, he is indeed doing a great job at crossing over!!..and if you haven't check lately, you should check one of his latest video "The Prayer" ...I think he is doing pretty good!!
+Nidia Ortiz I hope he does well. I do really love him. The music business is a rough one and few really become successful. I love the classics and I still prefer him in this genre.
+Kathy Dirksen He is doing pretty good! and indeed the music business is rough! that is why most of the classical singers are doing cross-over these days! Nathan indeed is great with the classics, I'm with you on that, but like many others classical singers, he had explore the pop genre and the "Broadway musical" style , since he indeed got to addition for "Les Miserable" which he was very happy to audition for, but unfortunately didn't get the part ....
Nathan was my teacher when he studied in BYU.

Love from Sweden ❤🇸🇪❤️
First heard him sing Be Thou my Vision. Fell in love with his voice, one of the absolute best tenors I have ever heard.
What about me?
Got to meet Nathan after a concert. No arrogance, no self-importance - just as engaging personally as he is talented!
The beauty of one singing who has the Gift of the Holy Ghost is beyond earthly.
Yes, yes! He is so gifted, and sealed by the Spirit!
I’ve loved this song from the first time I saw Les Miserables.... Listening to Nathan sing his version brings chills. Absolutely beautiful!
No one sings this song as Nathan does, it's wonderful to hear it and have so many sensations at the same time. His voice is perfect

Hey, thank you for that, I was just wondering where it was. i will go there but I bet I can't stand on that bridge like they are. Best to you!!!
@@jackieburdick9998 well, it doesn't look like that anymore because too many people jumped off of it and they put up barriers
Nathan, the first time I saw you perform this, and every time since, my heart is filled with so many emotions. Thank you for your incredible gift. Blessings always!
I love to hear this man sing!! Just beautiful!
God on high
Hear my prayer
In my need
You have always been there
He is young
He's afraid
Let him rest
Heaven blessed.
Bring him home
Bring him home
Bring him home.
He's like the son I might have known
If God had granted me a son.
The summers die
One by one
How soon they fly
On and on
And I am old
And will be gone.
Bring him peace
Bring him joy
He is young
He is only a boy
You can take
You can give
Let him be
Let him live
If I die, let me die
Let him live
Bring him home
Bring him home
Bring him home.
