Yeah when I said some of these would be short I really meant it
NEXT: a much shorter, unfinished playthrough of a game I already did a full comp for last year
I never thought the Queen Elizabeth memoriam could get any crazier, but the fact they accidentally skipped the ending cutscene which made it pop up even more suddenly was hysterical

Well, the cutscene played, you can see queen elizabeth jumping with them while Dan is making the assassin on the roof joke
It's kinda ominous how it cuts to that, what.. what did Peppa do?
@@ariesarchdemon Amazing. All this time, I thought they cut the England scene short in-game because they thought the last joke was in poor taste after the Queen died or something.
So many golden bits. The dad not being able to go to Paris. The snap to reality with the in memoriam. The dad being unhappy even once they get to Paris. Dan realizing mid joke continuation that Aron said Eiffel Tower cuz you wouldn’t be able to see the Eiffel Tower from the Eiffel Tower. So much stuff that just killed me. The Eiffel Tower bit in particular

I like how they made the dad seem like a failed writer like Brian Griffin.
And the funny thing is you actually can see the Eiffel Tower as one of the landmarks up there in game.
Dan's jokes if the queen being dead and the jokes of the dad being a failed novelist carried the gameplay.

in all seriousness it is rather sweet that the game lets kids customize the people in their family, I'm sure it must feel really good to be able to make the game family look like the one they have in real life.

As someone who has worked in mainly child friendly businesses the angry dad tone and even the most common names of kids (Tyler, Justin, etc) who get their parents that heated was so spot on I end up laughing every time.
exactly. I grew up near some very touristy areas so the "Justin! Get back here!" part at 14:56 cracks me up SO hard!! XD Cuz as Dan says, it's very odd to imagine a theme park without parents testing their tempers cuz their kids won't listen.
This episode really cemented how unprepared the world was for how serious people took the Queens death. Even English people were shocked by it.
I mean ppl were shocked but her time was coming.. she was very old and had been in the hospital a lot prior to it. Also a lot of brits were just making jokes about it lol
the hell you mean "the world"? scotland and ireland alone were cheering. not to mention the many, many other countries effected by the empire's empiring. at least for me, i was very prepared for how stupidly serious some upper class english shitheads took it
I mean the Queen wasn't a frequent public figure, she appeared fairly rarely so when the news was suddenly like ok Queen's ill and we're all suddenly wearing black it was a very stuck to the tv with wide eyes moment.

It's weird how there are specific games / types of games where their commentary is just phenomenal next to other playthroughs. It's always the weird one-offs or the Zelda playthroughs that I feel bring out their dynamic best. Arin was so fucking funny here 😂

I love how they can make the children's games dark and hilarious. And make the horror games silly and fun.
I wished they had made an episode more, Italy was very rushed and I think we didn't even saw australia, kinda sad tbh.
