    Hola princesita he quedado con el corazón partido de ver lo que te hizo la inundación, gracias a Dios que a ti a tus perritos y demás animalitos no les sucedió nada, construiste un puente fuerte y resistente al soportar la creciente tan fuerte de río, te felicito mi amazona preferida, ánimo que Dios està contigo y te ayuda. Un abrazo con mucho cariño de tu amiga de Costa Rica que te admira mucho. 💝🫶🇨🇷🌹🙏🌹🇨🇷🫶💝

      even if debris builds up on to such cement v's it will be very easy to clear away since the debris will all center on the v's point and easily hacked away with machete.

    You need to put screws and not Nails in the bamboo where it joins from one of the six pilings where you have the rocking bamboo that way it holds together better. Of course if the water gets high and you have fast current and the big tree comes through it will damage it regardless. Where your Bridge sections connect with the land you need to drive either steel rebar or a strong section of bamboo through the ends of the bridge to keep it planted to the land so it is less apt to wash away. Also in the sections where your Bridge sections end and you have the rocks and then the next Bridge walkway section you could put small bamboo over the rocks and connected to the bamboo on the outside so you don't have to step all nose rocks or stretch from one section to the next while crossing over the bridge path.

    Tôi nghĩ cầu sẽ bị dòng nước lũ cuốn trôi (dù trong lòng luôn mong nó đứng vững). 🤔🤔🤔 Rút kinh nghiệm, cháu nên mua một cưa máy để dọn đống chà chôm vướng vào cầu thì sẽ nhanh và đỡ mệt hơn. Cháu sẽ còn dọn dẹp suốt mùa mưa.

    The bamboo post can't withstand during heavy floods, I suggest to install concrete post /pelar and steel ladder considering that the river is too wide.The height should more higher from the original to anticipate more higher water during rainy days.

    • @weydome8540
      @weydome8540 Месяц назад +4

      Yes..that kinds of bridges should not appropriate for that wide river..it's for stream only..from the start we know that's not good on heavy floods

    The bridge is very impressive. 2 questions. Does the design of your bridge assume that there will be no boats in the rive? I think the rock pillars need to be a meter higher if boats are used on the river. Are the bridge sections tied to the pillars so they don’t get swept away?

    You can create a waterbreaker in front of the headers. Make a ‘point’ from rocks . Now each header is perpendicular to where the water comes from. I think what you build is quite strong, but if the vertical connection break, it’s done with the bridge.

    When making a bridge, make it at least as high as the tallest point on the banks or higher. Flooding will generally not go over the highest bank of the river. Higher is always better. At least with a river you can geneate free electricity as a future project.

    what we did with our bridge across our pond to the island si get a roll of pallet wrap and arop the pillars then dropped a mass of concrete into it and left it to set for a week, we did 3 stages so the concrete didnt bow out the wrap too much.

    I see a steel-cable suspension bridge in the future, with high concrete towers at both ends above the river bank and heavy concrete anchors on the planes for the cable.
    Would be an investment made for lifetime.
    How long does the bamboo take to rot away?
