I like that you can basically use the trolley for any weight. There's enough spaces to be able to add the bands to pretty much any exercise. It would be pretty much able to do most body weight exercises and support when you're trying to rehab something without having to just use a single bar. Over the top yes but you will totally be seeing things like this to facilitate a single footprint for a few me stop gym rack. Love it
This has been in my plans for awhile, but still working on the space.. Do I want two racks or make more space behind mine, etc... For those who are looking to start a home gym if you don't mind benching/squatting outside of the rack the "racked" version of the Rhino that comes with a rack has to be the most cost efficient piece of equipment on the market. It already has all the cross-members you need to set this up.. You just need a slinger and one more 24" piece to mount it on. And some spotter arms for working outside the rack.. I think it's under 3k, and you get a full monster rack (more like half rack), rhino belt squat, and a very high quality high/low pulley set up.. Best bang for your buck on the market IMO. A decent lat pull-down station runs you 1k anyways, which means you get a monster rack and the Rhino for about 1k a piece as well.
@@Raptor-Jesus Not necessarily, the cross pieces that hold the slinger could be lowered. They don't necessarily half to be bolted in the very top spots.
Raptor Jesus the rack itself is 100” but the crossmembers connecting the two front uprights and two back uprights don’t have to be bolted to the very top.. meaning the uprights can stick up higher than those crossmembers.. so if you only had space for 100” you could mount those 3-4 holes down instead of the very top holes to give you space to fit the 7” slinger
That's an interesting creation. Definitly a space saver. Only issue I've found is that over time if set up isn't easy and quick it becomes a hassle. Although this has many possibilities I'm pretty lazy. My dream set up is to attach the rhino to the back of my monster rack.

Chris Duffin might be the Mad Scientist of Strength, but Coop is the Mad Scientist of Equipment. You've successfully created Frankenstein's Monster Rack!
Rogue rhino with rack + lever arms + leg curls + monster slinger + one top crossmember + multi grip pull-up bar + 2 storage pegs. This setup will cost roughly $4,850 if you go with all rogue stuff. Plus whatever the collegiate legs will cost.
Follow up. I have had a similar setup as this for a couple of years now. Many benches do have issues getting close enough if you want a dual role for using rack for incline bench. Also low rows destroy the cable on the rhino overtime. This is the one thing I would not do here. However you can do a standing bent over row with no effects on cable. Other than this it has been more then worth the money in my opinion.

Hey Coop looking to turn my belt squat into a rack, cheaply. Can you send a basic list to accomplish this. Was trying to use 5/8 (ml) posts to allow my other attachments to be compatible.
Any problem benching or shoulder pressing on this? I love the idea of the belt squat platform. But my only gripe is that it occupies the inside portion of the rack, only leaving the outside for barbell work. Are you able to wheel the flat bench back into the platform far enough before it hits to comfortably bench?
Hey Coop! Nice job on your reviews! Quick question...what's the clearance needed to put a plate on? I know the Rhino sticks out ~22" from the back of the rack...but just wanted to know from the end of the Rhino to the wall...how much space do you need?
Hey Coop. Can you tell me how you attached the freestanding belt squat to your rack? Did you replace the stabilizer feet with crossmembers? Trying to build the ultimate rack like you!
You could always hang rings from the pull-up bar and do ring dips before the custom dip station is finished. Another thing, how would you set up a way to do weighted pushups?
The one thing I'd change is instead of having that top crossmember you have the slinger attached to, I'd replace it with attaching it to one of my safety arms on the side holes and put it up there when I want to do tricep pull downs or lat pull downs. That way my pull up bar could be placed right and I wouldn't let the wide grip pull up be effected. Edit: the more I look into it I think the arm would off set sideways and won't work. Nevermind unless anyone see's a way to use it.
Yo this is genius!!! I love it now I’m dieting to add this to my home gym. I got the slinger already and it gets annoying putting it on and off. Can you send me the list of what you did to build it please.
All I'd like to know is how can you drop a rhino into squat rig/rack and attach slinger. Basically giving more value and function to the rhino for push/pull DOWN movements.
It would be nice if they had a drop in option for just the rhino weight tower and handle. Frame that releases the weights to be used with removable platforms made by black widow that way the interior of the rack could be freed up when you remove the platforms also. It could be used with a rogue squat stand as well for those without much space
How would the drop in rhino fit in the stock Titan Rack without the rogue cross members? Rogue racks seem a little wider than most like Rep or Sorinex.
I've tinkered with the idea of building a rack for both barbell work and calisthenics movements. I can't wait to see your dip attachment. Most I see for racks are the matador style bars which is great for dips but if I wanted to work on other movements it doesn't work very well. I would prefer seeing parallel bars with enough space to do handstands and l-sit to handstand movements. Maybe I should sit down and use my engineering skills to actually design what I would consider the most versatile power rack.
Would you recommend doing this with one of the other models like the drop in rhino or the one that has a rack attached, or still recommend using the stand alone to build a Frankenstein like this?
This looks pretty crazy, looking at getting the Banshee and with it had something like the shrines apex with cables, but think maybe possible to add the slinger to use with the belt squat on the back and save a lot by doing so! Thanks! Any thoughts?
Coop, any way you could post the parts list on this comment thread for others too see (if not done already) all in for abit of diy for space maximisation and this really is a perfect solution, much appreciated
Coop! What did you wind up doing for the strap between the rhino and the slinger? It looks like you have a nice custom length strap with carabineers on it. I was going to use a piece of chain if nothing else - where did you get your strap?
Love the video! Im trying to build your setup. So you bought the Titan Series Power Rack and attached rogue cross members? If not, can you please send me list of what you bought? :)
Hi Coop,How do you think would rogue jammer arms or any rogue attachment would fit 3.14" x 3.14" rack? I want to do the same build, but I made my own 7gauge rack dimensions are same as rm3 apart from the steel and its just rock solid and i dont really want to go for rogue rack, europe most of the rogue products are 2x as expensive. Ur the genius, I love this build
PLEASE provide a list of part and step by step - would love to maximize a rack like this, cost is relevant, but also not relevant at times when maximizing space and options. Please share details!!!
Hey Coop, Can you specify which size cross-members you added? I have ordered my RM-6, waiting for the Rhino to become available so I can order it and then would like to modify as you have in this video. Also, another question...I have the freemotion dual cable cross, in my garage. In your opinion would you still add the slinger? I am almost pulling the stack on the freemotion...
@7:17 couldn’t you just use the pull-up bar at the top that you have and attach a single pulley there. Then you’d have a cable with the carabiner on both sides with one being attached to the belt black pulley and the other to your lat pulldown bar?
Any solutions you can think of for mounting the slinger lower? I have maybe an inch left of free space in height. This is definitely brilliant how your using the Rhino!
You should just be able attach the left-to-right crossmembers lower on the uprights. Might look slightly strange since the uprights will extend slightly above where the crossmembers attach to them, but shouldn’t affect the functionality.
@@roz77394 so my current config is the Rogue sign crossmember on the back and another crossmember in the front. Your saying lower both crossmembers and get a middle crossmember that I can mount the slinger? Cheers bro for the response! I really want to use this Rhino for lat pull down!!!
@@hismoness23 Yeah that should work. I have the XM-43R pull-up bar as the top crossmember in the back of my rack, and because of the way it attaches to the uprights, the actual crossmember portion of it is a few inches lower than the top of the uprights. So then I just mounted the front left-to-right crossmember (it's just a standard upper crossmember) a little lower so that it was level with the crossmember portion of the XM-43R.
@@roz77394 thank you Brother!!! I was seriously thinking that I was SOL with the slinger option!! Thank you for confirming this configuration - back to the Rogue site for me!! Take care and Thanks again!!

Can u give me a list of what the squat rack is, the pully system and the belt squat system, the foot pegs for rows and the pegs for ur legs for pull downs , I just want the cheapest version of this from what u showed in the video, not the rest of the addons
Coop, a question: I might be inclined to take the easy, although admittedly more expensive, route of buying the RM-3 with the Rhino built-in. But, because I would prefer to work inside the rack (when not using the belt squat, but for most everything else), I would maybe go to a six post and add 30" connected in the front. I have the space for this, (depth) but not for a setup like yours where you have another rack to the side (width). I love the idea and your implementation using the Slinger. My question is: If you wanted to allow the slinger to be used inside or even in front of a 30" rack fronting the 24" RM-3 holding the Rhino, how would you go about locating the Slinger so that the cable connecting to the Rhino is centered (like yours seems to be on the cross-member) above the Rhino's cable exit point, but still available inside the front section or at the very front of the front section (as yours is)? For obvious reasons, it makes sense for the Slinger to be located directly above and centered on the belt squat cable exit. Don't know if I'm being super clear, but hoping you have a thought. I would like to have the functionality you have creatively problem-solved, but be able to get a bench, spotter arms/straps, etc. inside a 24"/30" unit in front to work inside. Also, is this a 100" rack? Thanks in advance.
What are the specs on the rack (height and depth)? I am planning on assembling a rack like this next Black Friday when there is more stock available. Trying to get my ducks in a row and have a more in depth idea about it.
do you think its possible to build this rack with rep post + rogue cross members and add the rep athena selectorized in front of this monstrosity? Asking for a friend.....
Been Looking forward to this video for a while and oh my did you deliver! If rogue does not copy paste this setup to their production its a shame! Congrats you made the perfect home gym rack 👌could not ask for a function more!
How is this different than an RM-3 with the drop in rhino? Can someone point out where it’s different and the benefits of doing it this way? Or was the drop in not available when you made this?
I love it and would like to build something similar. My one issue is with the raised belt squat platform can you fit a bench in there to do bench press and use the rack for bench exercises? Seems like by adding the belt squat you lose some of this other functionality. How has it worked out?
Excellent montage. I wanted to throw a Rhino on the back of my RM-3 but just didn't have the space. Rogue has a lot of options to work with though so its great to see a video making that more clear. Hell you even mix and match brands.

Hello Coop, when you do the low rows, does the cable ride on the base of the Rhino? I'm wondering if it's going to wear the able over time.
I did rows on my coop squat and wore a groove in the plastic roller. Coop never addressed it
Could you have flipped the jammers to the inside and use them for the dip handles?
Erector Set Super power Rack.
🤔 how many hits will rogue get after this video.
Coopster give me a list of the Coop Rack.
List plz I Wana build this. Can I put this on second floor of my home ?
I like your set up!!!! What’s the height of the power rack? Can you send a list of the attachments?
Hey Coop, Can you specify which size cross-members you added? I have ordered my RM-6, waiting for the Rhino to become available so I can order it and then would like to modify as you have in this video. Also, another question...I have the freemotion dual cable cross, in my garage. In your opinion would you still add the slinger? I am almost pulling the stack on the freemotion...
Awesome coop, talk about versatile power rack. Coming from Honolulu, Hawaii. 👍👍👍💪💪💪🤙🤙🤙🤙
@7:17 couldn’t you just use the pull-up bar at the top that you have and attach a single pulley there. Then you’d have a cable with the carabiner on both sides with one being attached to the belt black pulley and the other to your lat pulldown bar?
It lived up to the Hype, Love the versatility (and the Aluminum Foil)!!!
This is awesome! It’s exactly what I’ve been planning on putting together. I loved the tease because I was really excited to see the idea I had in physical form before I bought it
Can u give me a list of what the squat rack is, the pully system and the belt squat system, the foot pegs for rows and the pegs for ur legs for pull downs , I just want the cheapest version of this from what u showed in the video, not the rest of the addons
Coop laying the smack down with his own bad ass creation. 👍
I would like to build this next month. Do you have the list of pieces/parts?
Ha, you might be better off asking for a list of parts he didn’t use.
Doesn’t Rouge make a drop-in Rhino for their racks? What’s the difference between your setup and their drop-in Rhino in a Rouge rack?
So awesome! I didn't know that different brands could fit each other.
Can you do the same by getting a Rhino drop in and a RM4? Just add the center crossmember and slinger?
At 2:51, Coop is using some sort of foldable lat pull-down bar... Anyone know what that is? Looks super versatile!
I just would like to know how do you bench in the thing with rhino platform in the way??
Whats up Coop! What are the overall dimensions of this build. Im trying to build it but want to know how the dimensions before i commit to a shed size
Been Looking forward to this video for a while and oh my did you deliver! If rogue does not copy paste this setup to their production its a shame! Congrats you made the perfect home gym rack 👌could not ask for a function more!
Coop, how did you add the Prime Fitness adjustable RO-T8 pull up station to the Titan Rack? Prime uses 1/2'' mounting hardware.
Would you be willing to do a video of how you Frankenstein the Rhino and the rack together?
Mannn!!!!! That’s one incredible piece of equipment I love it... you out did yourself Coop amazing 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Excellent montage. I wanted to throw a Rhino on the back of my RM-3 but just didn't have the space. Rogue has a lot of options to work with though so its great to see a video making that more clear. Hell you even mix and match brands.
Do you have a 'how to' for this? I actually want to build this. Thx.
