Great reaction from you both, they were all great on stage but of course Marko and Floor were my favourites. Help to pronounce Ayreon How about trying to say it like this > AIR-EE-ON or HAIRY-ON but with less H Thankyou and im hapy you enjored seeing Both Marko and Floor.

I'm a huge sci-fi fan and when I discovered Ayreon it was like having really well written sci-fi novels playing in my head with their own soundtracks. I'm so grateful for reactors like you who introduced me to Ayreon.
One of my favourite songs from Ayreon is "Ride the Comet".

In the prologue of the first album of Ayreon you can hear the correct pronunciation of the name of the blind bard Ayreon ruclips.net/video/ECcd4zy5o-w/видео.html. Last year I saw Arjen Lucassen explain in an RUclips interview that the name was originally different but the music required that the name had three syllables, so it became Ayreon. I love your enthusiasm.

My Everest: Hansi and Floor on the same stage
You will be in for a treat as there are literaly over a hundred artist that performed with ayreon . The 2 gates , the castle hall , ride the comet . day 14 loser, the eye of Ra all great songs . but the entire concert is amazing .
The album transitus is a master piece as well .
And the live concert in to the electric castle and other tales is a must watch and enjoy as that is a complete album with 20 minute bonus of side projects with some realy powerfull song.

There is also an early concert that heavily features Floor, Irene and Arjen singing and playing guitar called Star One live 2003. Arjen is a genius; great composer, wonderful storyteller, plus the ability to combine all of these epic talents. And I love Marko rocking the kilt, he and Hansi really knocked it out of the park. Oh, and Floor does OK too.

And there is not much I can say, but recommend to buy the DVD/BlueRay, because all of the songs from the Universe concert are really really good! They are different, have different vibes and they are good in different ways, but I love them ALL!
My suggestions for future reactions are Comatose, Ride the Comet (with Maggy Luyten) and Loser (Michael Mills and Ayreon's Angels (Irene, Lisette, Marcela)).

Another great reaction, thankyou. There are lot more great songs from this concert. If you would like Floor to hang around a bit more, then there is "Merlin's Will". If you would like to see more of Marko and Hansi there is "River of Time". Another favourite of mine from this concert is "Abbey of Synn"; the lead singer being Robert Soeterboek and many more.

Floor entering in full opera mode, my favourite Floor mode. She has such an unique sound then. Normally all females sound shrill doing opera, but not Floor, it's liquid gold.

I recommend you react to another one: Songs Of The Ocean, Ayreon live 2003. This features Floor & Irene Jansen on backing vocals, Arjen Lucassen on guitar and vocals by Robert Soeterboek, Damian Wilson and Russell Allen. Especially the finale with the crowd is super cool. The video is from 2003, so no super HD or 4K yet, but the audio is great. The lyrics are based on Star Trek IV: the Voyage Home. Enjoy!
