This was a meaningful discussion 👏 I'm not sure about "trends" though. I think the bride likes what the bride likes. Brides come to me and still want the traditional round and tight bouquet. No matter how artistic I make some of my displays, like the ones in high end magazines, brides are a funny group. They don't want this. At least where I'm located, which is in upstate NY. What is really big here are country barn style wedding bouquets. But I can tell you the style is very glam in NYC. So I do think these trends are sometimes being pushed by companies to inspire brides.. but they don't always reflect the reality. I loved the discussion and that bouquet was gorgeous!

That's an important point to keep in mind when we are designing wedding bouquets. They are such a personal part of a wedding celebration, and it's essential to give the wedding couple what they want. We can offer them options so they can see what's possible and consider styles that they may not be familiar with yet. That's really the most important part, Winnie! It's about what the person likes and that's key to the floral designs you will create. Trends sometimes take a while to catch on so you might hear about them right away or perhaps later on. It does help, though, to know what's new and exciting so you can share it with your customers.
