Dear sir,
We have new design for electric motor recycling machine MW 808 series and WS 816 - armoured cable stripper upto 200mm diameter. We are enclosing new catalogue and please see videos of machine working at ruclips.net/user/ojungind1.
Also electric cable chopper (granulator) CP 811 series can work for PCB recycling to extract copper and this function is optional for CP 811 series.
Now we are developing air conditioner radiator recycler to separate copper and aluminum and wet-dry combined cable granulator.
Air conditioner radiator recycler (names RCR 820) has multi function to recycle scrap electric cable and air conditioner radiator in one machine without extra optional cost.
Wet-dry combied cable chopper will separate copper from cable at the first step by dry system and wet system of granulator recycle un-accomplised cables. So it will improve recovery rate of copper extremely but the whole system will be simple and compact.
We will show them soon in the market and keep you updated when they are ready.

Ok looking for an answer ,, why does the case have to be split in two ????? Could you not just cut the copper crown off one end and pull it ???????

Well understand your question. 1. To cut crown off, it takes more time and needs extra device. 2. After splitting in half or cutting crown off, there are two options extracting copper coils. First push up copper coil while clamping part of crown as our machine. Secondly pull out copper coils by claming copper coils as you can see many Chinese machine. In case of our machine, copper puchers have limited length and so we need to split in half.
