I own a CVT variant of Amaze and I can safely say that the experience has been superb! Refined engine and it’s so premium in this price range. Such a smooth driving experience with no cabin noise… just loving it!
I am the owner of Amaze, best mileage on road @80 speed 25 kmpl, no noise of engine, super look, good space in cabin, comfortable driving, radius of turning is very very good, 140 speed easily you can go but I won’t recommend this high speed. Only minus is pickup at initial point.
Low ground clearance is an issue in Amaze, if any one buys just upgrade the tyres to 195/55/16 inch ,but Amaze being compact but it is great practical car in space
Very nice and informative video, especially the rating given at 8:33 to allow anyone to make any informed decision. As an Amaze owner owning both the old and now, the new Amaze, I can confidently say that this is a no nonsense car. For city driving, with bumper to bumper traffic, it's more than adequate. Go with the CVT transmission for a hassle free driving. The engine is super silent and so smooth that it gives a feeling of sitting in an aircraft. It's also easy to drive on the highways(high speeds) and very reliable. I didn't feel any body roll on high speeds. The bonnet visibility is good, gives a good judgement of the road and vehicles ahead, unlike some bigger/compact SUVs. Yes it lacks the punch or the power as the low end torque is missing, and has less features compared to the competition. However, the positives compensate the negatives in my opinion. One negative I observed is the suspension is stiff on the new Amaze, which wasn't the case in the old one. It gets a little bumpy on bad roads. The after sales service experience for me so far has been good. Nevertheless, if you are tight on the budget and looking for a reliable car, which will not make you feel regret for atleast 3-5 years then Amaze is not bad.
Bought Amaze VX CVT and have rode around 1500 kms. It's really amazing car. Positives: Very silent cabin, absolutely zero noise. Forget about interior noise there is not even external noise. I literally have to honk at a pedestrian walking in the middle of the road by coming very closer to him. He will turn back astonishingly to realise that car is behind him. 4 cylinder NA engine works really well. CVT is extremely easy to drive. High ground clearance. Negatives - low initial pick up. Little low AC cooling at the rear sit. Dated infotainment system. But still it's a great value for money.
Amaze vx - mileage 22 + on highway, City mileage . 12 to 15 . Rear leggggroom. Punch - rubber band pickup. Rear cabin is not comfortable. Is it really SUV ?

in amaze i think you can get an ev hybrid kit, a cng tank in it's impressive 420l boot space and a petrol variant in after market which you will miss in tata punch slightly because of lower boot space of around 350l but a cng tank takes 70 % of it so luggage can't be taken in punch as much as in amaze
Punch has amt gearbox and amaze has a cvt, which is superior. In terms of reliability, both should be fine, but overall in terms of experience honda is slightly better

I took a td today of cvt amaze with light foot....out of 10kms...4 was city. 6 was highway....I set mid to 0 on trip and avg. At the end of 10km td...mid on amaze showed 12.8kmpl on amaze. Im ok with low mileage...but refnement and reliability is what i want. Idc for much features. Mereko ghadi atleast 10 yrs rakhna hain and time service centre pe spend nahi karna

Depending on what you mentioned, Amaze should be fine, it's super smooth engine, reliable and trustworthy and very easy to drive
