Hey, not sure if you're still checking comments here, but I'm running just the borla s-types on my '14 GT right now, how much of a difference does adding the off road H pipe make? Deeper, louder growl? I'm thinking about throwing one on there just like your set up here if so, I love that kind of sound.

Your gonna want to go with the ataks people say that sports are loud but not really they are moderate plus the ataks are quite when you want them to be just like the sports until you go WOT

Update, I did it and I love it! it is still very similar at idle and low revs so you don't really attract unwanted attention IMO It was borderline almost too loud for me at first. But I have quickly gotten used to it. I could go louder but I don't want to attract unwanted attention 😅

You can get some very nice sounds out of a cheaper system like roush or flowmaster, but they are ALWAYS loud and have drone at higher rpms. You're paying about 1k for these borla axle backs and it's the sound engineering that you're paying for. I hear it's the same for Corsa. They allow you to be discrete when you need to but still scream like an 🦅 eagle when you need it too.
Dwayne Childs thanks man, at first you will notice the smell with windows down. After a couple days you won't even notice the smell anymore and I kind of actually like it ahaha. It definitely isn't bothersome, at first you will notice a slight difference (gas). But you get used to it, only when windows down u notice very little not windows up.
Hey man, I had a v6 2013 mustang which is the same engine as the 15. I had borla s type axlebacks with an offroad H pipe, but there is just no way to get a v8 sound out of the v6. Thats why I sold the v6 and got the 5.0. Two whole different machines.
I’m working on getting this exhaust set up for mine, I have the axle back system but I ordered the h pipe and they said it would fit my stock over axle pipe? Did you have this issue. How did you fix it

That's funny we're switching opposite... I'm thinking of switching to the Flowmaster outlaws from the borla s-type. S-type isn't deep enough and has a prominent voice crack at 2k rpm... too high pitched

Great video! Think this confirms my decision to go with the Borla S Types. I was considering the ATAK’s but I think the S Types have a better sound.

You know I can't remember if there was welding, but for the catter h pipe it can't be that much different figment wise

If you see this. Did you touch your over axles at all. I'm going Lethal o/r, with lethal o/a. Just deciding on Borla S or Borla Ataks.
Unfortunately I can't remember, but if your thinking of going with an off-road set up I say borla s type unless u like it really loud.

I have the borla s catback with the x pipe and am getting the cam lope tune so i need cat deletes, do u find it obnoxious loud? No highway drone?
Honestly I thought it was going to really loud but it's really only when u get on it. U can keep it tame for sure at low rpms.
