what is the use of like-minded people sitting around the table discussing the so-called problems that their idea has been causing and blaming those who disagree? This is the root of the problem, you don't see anything wrong with your own actions/thoughts and you "improve" the world with your own and the other side is left out, and they do not see whats wrong about their way
