Great stuff!! My boyfriend wants to buy some headgear and groin protection and let me practice moves on him but I'm afraid I will hurt him--is this a bad idea?? If a man wears a cup does that really protect his groin? A guy friend told me that it will protect from injury but still hurts really bad and that the headgear will protect too. I definitely need to learn self defense!! :-)
ashleyfuninthesun hey Ashley! Thanks for the support. I would say headgear is fine to strike. Make sure it has a full face guard though. That will protect his eyes. Groin cup will not completely stop the force but we do wear them as a precaution. I would not advise you to STRIKE the groin. Especially if you haven't had children already lol. Stay tuned and subscribe ill do a video of me getting striked and what kind of gear to wear. 😊 OSS
Thank you! Its always very refreshing to see men teaching and helping women learn defense skills and even at times "taking one for the team"--very much appreciated and we look forward to the video!
Awesome job, K! 😊👍
Thanks Elena I appreciate your support. New video just went up. Check it out
