Rubix was definitely the winner in my opinion. His flow and transition were completely above the level of Junior, not to mention the way he's telling a story through dance. Kudos to Junior tho.

i like the way junior accented the bubble noises in the second round. felt like they both had great musicality, but rubix somewhat ignored the bubbles in his round or if he hit them the texture was a bit off, which made his rounds overall vibe off a little. I know it sounds odd, but its the central sound that makes the track what it is and it seems like rubix opted to hit the bass more crisply while junior softly hits the bass and flows along with the bubbles while mixing in heavy hits. it feels like junior is floating through the round in this very odd way which matches the track. rubix also captured the oddities, but it seems like he's telling you that he's dancing underwater while junior just is dancing underwater. I'd edge both rounds to junior personally. seems like he was deeper into both tracks while rubix was trying to aggressively show how much musicality he had by isolating sounds and using power moves.

The woman counted 5-3-1??? I was surprised and I think Junior too that he took it. I thought both songs suited Rubix style more so I thought he had the edge. Rubix has dynamic moves but Junior is creative, intricate, and has more moves. Both insane at what they do but I agree that Junior took this one. Happy that they are friends.
