I love seeing the lamington, Steve! We have them in the states, too. We're in Cleveland, OH, and several local family owned bakeries have them regularly. They're a go to favorite in our family.

Steve thank you for taking the time to respond. My cards are priced usually below market value, i typically sell most of my cards between $1-$3 USD. When i was running a lower promotion rate, sales where extremely slow. I'm sitting at around 1400 active listings with the majority being singles below $5 and cards do take some time to sell. I'm beginning to wonder if its because in the US single cards are a over saturated market and there is 20 sellers for 1 single on eBay. I ensure that i list 20+ cards a day to bring in consistent traffic. I'm not really sure where im going with this to be honest lol im just wondering if i should keep pushing out listings are take a look into my store and see why things are selling as quickly as i would like.
Things just take time, think of it like a supermarket they are always fully stocked and don't sell out every day, but yes it is hard to sell cards atm, high promotion for cheap singles is more than fine

Hey Steven, great video and content as always 😊 I did have a question about the Ricoh scanner you use. I’ve recently bought one after seeing how good it was for scanning cards so quickly. Do you have any preference for the settings you use? Would you be willing to do a guide video one day, would be very informative to new users as there isn’t that many set up guides on RUclips. Also, did you remove the black plastic spring things located inside the ADF near the roller? Just asking as I keep getting two vertical lines indented on my cards when I scan them, have you had any similar issues with your scanner? Any help or advice would be super helpful 😊 love your videos bud
hey buddy, we've never had a problem like this. We haven't removed anything, when we first got it we ran 30 energy cards around 100x over and over just to run the machine through and when we noticed nothing on the cards we started scanning our good stuff.

I would also like to know if you have any damage from the scanner. I had this exact scanner and it kept leaving deep scratch marks in the cards. i had to stop using it and go back to taking photos

I feel like when I use my phone for eBay pictures, my phone always gets in the way, how do you recommend to get better pictures?? 😅
phone pictures are fine, use a tripod to keep it in the same place and make it easier for you.
Do you follow a specific naming scheme for listings? I've been looking at my active listings and focusing on keywords in the title. Do you just try your best to make the title make sense? Have you noticed keywords and titles play much into sales?

@@PokemonSteven yea basically how do you decide whether the card goes to your room to be graded versus her room for single sales.
The gem mint cards I grade and anything else damaged/ played / near mint goes for sale on singles store
