I worked at the Salvation army a few years ago. I had a couple of Asian men come in maybe twice a week and bought all U.S. Military uniforms. Red Flag for me.
Why is the Salvation Army even selling USA military uniforms? They ain't selling police stuff too, are they? What about weapons? Yes, most able bodies who can survive a rough journey, mostly by foot, coming from Ecuador all the way to our border would fall within "military age". Most senior citizens and young children wouldn't dare try migrating through treacherous terrain even if they wanted to escape their impoverish state back at home.
Most of these would also be able-bodied males who can find manual labor, work, and send money back home to their wives, children and parents. This is why they're mostly "military age" men. Not because they're troops marching in because that would that wouldn't even make sense logistically on the deployment level. Be easier for the CCP to send troops in as "tourists" and they just don't fly back.

You know they have airports in China now. They can fly direct to LAX, quickly and comfortably. They don’t need to sneak in, they can just show a passport like any other tourist. Read a book, dudes.
not saying they cant because you’re completely right they can just fly in, but that still makes the stories about Chinese migrants coming in through the southern border so weird. I heard from some it’s because they struggle to get ahold of a visa in a timely manner, or at all, so instead they decide to pay to get in illegally instead.
It's not that simple. Everyone coming in through LAX has to be processed, and records are kept about all travelers. If China is trying to do shady stuff, they aren't going to want the USA to know about it. Plus, the CCP could be doing reconnaissance. Maybe looking for routes that China can eventually use to smuggle drugs or nuclear weapons to the USA.
The US borders are as effective as swiss cheese. 🤣🤣
And it is our fault for being complicit by doing nothing. We the people.

I'm sure you washed out of basic once but just because YOU were poorly trained doesn't mean the rest of us were. Maybe you just weren't very good at being in the military?
@@illcomplywithguncontrolone6149 your attitude is naive, you think I know it well, first of all, the Chinese army, which has not participated in major wars like the US, has no experience, only their lost war with Vietnam in 1980, plus logistics, the technology is weak compared to the US, the Chinese copy from everyone, e.g. f 35 they copied China has a problem with metallurgy and dependence on foreign countries when it comes to technology, China cannot create semiconductors and their navy, even though they have more, lack of experience, training is weak in terms of tonnage, the USA also has a technological advantage, note that the USA has nuclear ships and China has practically none economically, the Chinese economy is weakening and has a crisis technologically, I have already mentioned dependence on foreign countries, and besides, I was not in the army

I would make the observation that we had no end of trouble in Afghanistan with "low tech opponents" killing guys riding in high tech vehicles. PARABELEM! Be prepared for war and don't quit your post till properly relived.

Did you know that what we call "Chinese Food" wasn't all that popular in China? Chop Suey and Chow Mein are actually food creations for gold prospectors (49ers) and railroad workers in the mid 19th Century here in the United States. The mostly Chinese workers, who ran kitchens in the camps, made a stew of leftover veggies and meats, sometimes meat of questionable origins (where the supposed use of cat meat comes from), and called it what Chinese peasants back in China before the Communist Revolution called it, "Chop Suey." Chow Mein is merely Chop Suey with noodles. "Chinese Food" remained highly popular after those camps closed in many associated towns of that era, as the locals acquired a taste for the "chow." This is where the U.S. military gained the term "Chow" for its mess food, and that came from those American workers that ended up in the military, and it gained even more popularity during and after the Boxer Rebellion of China, circa 1900 by the U.S. Marines who fought there. The slang term "Chow Hall" was first uttered by Marines. The military term "Gung Ho" also came from that era, and Marines used it to describe a highly enthusiastic Marine, but it simply means "Working Together" or "Working in Harmony." Many of the Chinese "rail" workers came from the original 49er population after the huge corporations bought up most of the producing gold claims and made individual prospecting unfeasible for most. Many Chinese immigrants were not actually gold prospectors, miners or even worked directly on the railroads but were mostly there to "mine the miners," and provide valuable services to those prospectors, miners and rail workers, such as the opium dens, prostitution (dubious in their aspect of "value" by Victorians of that era), food services, gig laborers and for laundry service, and this is where those modern stereotypes come from. Sorry for the pedantic nature of this post, but I am a teacher of history and political science.
