Lemme guess, joining power cords with an overhand knot? I thought that was pretty common knowledge. I've been doing that so long I don't even remember where I learned it. Probably my dad.
Why cant these types of sites realize we as viewers don’t need loud obnoxious music. We’d like to just be watching silence! Very helpful ideas. Thanks!👏🏻🇨🇦
I really love these videos... made by persons that actually DO THINGS instead of wasting time in chat rooms or gaming. Thank you for helping to make my projects easier!!!
Thanks you for so many useful tips. I specially like the picking up the metal shavings with bag on the magnet. I always had trouble cleaning the magbet after pciking up the savings.
I never knew that plastic soda bottles would shrink from a heat gun! That information alone is worth watching this video, along with all the other great little tricks!
yes.. and this now is another reason i can justify buying a heating gun. I had been avoiding it because the only reason were few, that i could think of, such as for to shrink heat shrink tubing.. but i can just use a lighter for smale jobs.. but I like the idea of using it for softening and shrinking plastic from bottles for making molds I m wondering if i made strips out of the plastic bottles and wrapped something, overlaying the plastic strips, if the plastic would, if it got hot enough, become sticky and the strips would stick to eachother.
Lot of use of these know how depends obviously on tool equipment as we can see it here. For normal there is less time for home working people to make fantastic helping tools before solving a problem...
That nail in a drill for making holes is neat - maybe someday someone will invent something like this purpose built to put in a drill and drill holes....
HaHa. Or maybe they can invent nails in 1/16th inch increments that we can smash the ends down and have a whole set of different sizes. Say, like, up to 1/2 inch? And they could fit into an index case for easy storage. Nah, it'll never catch on.
Я просто показываю идею как без сверла. Если даже потерял береш обычное сверло болгаркой делаешь паз и готово как заводское. Я думаю вы поняли что я показываю просто идеи
For the one with filling a screw hole with sawdust and superglue...that works great if you're going to paint over it, or it won't be seen. If if it's going to be unpainted and seen, use wood glue instead. I worked cabinetry for 20 years and would always have jars of sawdust from each type of wood that we used. When I got done filling a hole, you could barely tell there had been a hole there.
Some of these tips are SO OBVIOUS, yet they've never occurred to me before watching your video. E.g. the idea of using a threaded bolt to spread wood glue, or the plastic-bag-over-the-magnet Thanks so much for sharing these.

Круто, такой сборник реально полезен
How refreshing that this video not only actually has useful tips and tricks, but the author didn't call them "hacks".
and talking 15 minutes about what he is going to say in the first place.
For videos of this sort we could very well do without the music.
