Half these games are metroidvanias not platformers. Sure, they have platforming elements but they aren’t platformers. Grapple Dog is a platformer, Giana Sisters is a platformer, Mario Wonder is a platformer, Pennys Big Breakaway is a platformer, Crash Bandicoot is a platformer, Rayman Legends is a platformer. So many actual platformers you could have chosen from.
This "genre" list is unfortunaetly misleading as always. This time we have Metroidvanias (even a 3D one), a Puzzlegame, some Roguelikes, etc. And there are hundreds of awesome, true Plat(t)formers/ Jump 'n' Runs on Switch. So sad.
