The idea is great, but you are fixing the fondant on a dummy cake, which is easier to do than on a real cake. The real one is more delicate, so pressing one as you did on your video would affect the cake itself because of the force you use to smooth the torn part. Have you tried this technique on a real cake?
@@cakebusinessbootcamp ...it is important to mention that..we need to know the kind of cake, cold or room temp, icing, etc. This will not work on buttercream unless it's frozen.
