    Hi Tomasz, I managed to connect to DV to get my historical runs for Power Automate but it is showing only Desktop flows. Is there a possibility to show Cloud Flows? I tried to looked for such case but w/o success for now. If there is nothing then i will have to create a workaround to add an item whenever a flow is being executed. A bit dummy but better than nothing i guess. Table would be the best but even if there is one, probably data will be visible there only from last 28 days like in Web service historical view. Thanks

      Yes, as per my knowledge you can only find information about desktop flow runs. I was told that in future there should as well be information about cloud flows.

    Can I monitor more than one instance of Power Automate Desktop at once?

    • @TomaszPoszytek
      @TomaszPoszytek  3 года назад

      Sure you can. However for that you need to have more than one machine, since there can be only one bot instance on a given machine at a time. But if you have more machines, then yes - you will see statuses of all running and queued bots.

    Is there a way we can monitor a desktop flow while running on virtual machine in real time? By that I mean watching a video on screen what is going on and how the process is running in real time. It would be very useful because in that way we could easily catch and detect some errors or unpredicted pop ups in windows environment that may occur.

      If it is running in attended mode then yes. However for unattended this is not possible.

    Hi Tomasz,
    Thank you for the detail explanation . It is quite useful.
    Could you please also let me know if there are any API to access to the monitor logs.

    • @TomaszPoszytek
      @TomaszPoszytek  3 года назад

      Hi, there's no direct API to access those logs, however data is stored in Dataverse, so you could actually read the same information directly from there.

    Do you know if the monitor function is for free? I do not need to use unanttended mode but i need the info for my manual flows run. So I was wondering if the monitor function is for free. Thanks for the great video!

    • @TomaszPoszytek
      @TomaszPoszytek  3 года назад +1

      Yes it is. You can monitor both attended and unattended runs. Also - those triggerer manually too. Furthermore you can open details of your RPA in Power Automate portal where you can find details of each instance too.

    How do i delete every log related to powerautomate desktop flows?
    And how do i make sure NO screenshots is being taken when an error happens?

    • @TomaszPoszytek
      @TomaszPoszytek  2 года назад +1

      Run history is kept inside the Flow Session table. Screenshots are kept in the AdditionalContext column. This is where you can navigate to delete the data. Speaking about the second question - I am not aware of such setting. I think its best to contact Microsoft support.
