We were leaving Orlando on Saturday morning, and we got caught in the traffic for MegaCon. It took us 15 minutes to get about 10 car lengths, just so that we could detour. We had no idea what was going on with all that traffic. I'm surprised the city didn't have a traffic cop at the scene. Anyway, now I know what the hold up was. Great video, Jay!

The Undertaker: for just a photo with him it was $250, and if you wanted his autograph it was another $250, so in all someone would’ve be spending $500+ on the Undertaker.
But I get why it’s expensive, he just retired and he rarely goes to conventions. Not to mention he’s a legend who wrestled for WWF for 30+ years

I was there on Saturday with my daughter & it felt like the most crowded Con ever, even though this was only my 3rd one! I felt like a sardine in that crowd 😂 we had fun though meeting all of the Cobra Kai cast especially Ralph Macchio for the photo opp😍
LOL I saw myself in your video! I was the Vi with the Gauntlets when you were going down the escalator and I was on the left. Then at the end when you were looking over the whole room I was over by one of the pillars with my Caitlyn and Jinx.

I went on friday, and was lucky enough to get there early enough where there werent too many people, but it got alot more crowded as it went on. The cosplays were awesome tho!!!!

i also went on Saturday!! there was sooo many people but supper fun! but it was my first so i dint do as much and left a little early but i loveee this video cuz i dint have time to see every little thing XDD i cant wait to go next year

I was there and waited 3 and half hours for Kevin Conroy's autograph (he was awesome, very sweet and funny I went to the panel as well which was INSANE he sang "If I'm Blue" from Justice league animated series) and 4 and half for Maile Flanagan from Naruto, Met Justin Cook who was awesome as well (Voice of Red riot Myhero academia and Yusukr from Yuyu Hakusho . Also bought some of those acrylic art pieces (Asta,Ichigo and Kakashi) from Ozzy. Glad you had a great time as well :)
Looks about on par with SDCC and NYCC for Saturday crowds. I’d say slightly less crowded actually but still crowded. Good video!
Dude, I went there once to get an autograph and I felt the same way as you when it came to the crowd size....first time I ever felt like that and I had to leave....way too many people crammed together I was freaking out
I had a panic attack on Saturday. Got home and we both had gotten sick. Too many people. Why did they not open up the wall? It was insane.
This is why I always recommend going the first day early. Especially on a Friday. Way less people usually.
Did they allow u to take picture with all those cosplay or did they charge for it

Hey Tampa Jay. This was an awesome video! I'm compiling a pretty long list of things to do in Florida when I get back there. Mostly from watching your vlogs. I'm not a horror movie fan, but I love Star Wars and Marvel and some of the other stuff. The only thing is I don't know if I could handle the mass of people. I'm not big on crowds. But cheers to you for surviving that. It was crazy! Stay safe out there!

WOW! is all i can say about this video, so many awseome cosplay! that Lord Helmet Costume at the Start wow! and the guy looked like him under the mask dang! and gosh the famous ppl there i would do anything to meet half of them :O and yikes i hope u stayed safe with that place being so dang crowed... if i went to a con like that i would of taken like 10 showers in one day! lol oof! Another great convention video! GandALF was epic, such an awesome idea!! I loved his little stuffed kitty! Really glad you got there early so you could cover more stuff! The Star Wars stuff is always awesome! The Megacon exclusive stuff was actually really rad, I loved the Mickey and Minnie figures and of course the Batman animated series stuff! Def the best Batman ever created! Aw, always good to see Brad and Amanda! Sean Astin!! I don't care about many celebrities but I do love Sean Astin! Iconic! OHHH MYYY GOSHHHHHHH the person who was dressed as the adorabl scarecrow with the crows and the FREAKIN MICE IN THEIR POCKET!! That is so CUTEEEEE why isn't that me on a daily basis?!? I gotta check out that book! 13X Studios! Rick! The absolute BEST!! Can't wait to meet him in person someday! The TJ cult LOL. Oh he asked the lady if she wanted a selfie HA!!!! Yay Greg! Man, this looks so awesome, I really wish I was there! Did Greg ask Hammond "where is the ice cream?" LOL! The droid flower arrangements are beautiful! Awwwwwwwwwwwwww look at all the Gungan legossss so CUTE!!!! Greg is on it! He spotted the Jar Jar! Oh wow, not gonna lie, teared up a bit at that marriage proposal. They look so happy :') We need to get you to watch the Harry Potter movies... not cause they're good, but because you just gotta watch. The Emperor was amazing, love that you asked him if he knew the story of Darth Plaugus the Wise lol! Oh my gosh, she gave you a tooth haha!! I love it!! The Jar Jar maid was confusing but props for being Jar Jar nonetheless. Wow, looks just so busy there, I can see why your anxiety was going crazy. That is so cool Greg got to meet the guy he wanted!! I'm really happy for him!

I used to go to this cone quite a bit, but lately I've kept to the smaller cons and frankly, after the Health issues of the last few years I don't want to be in such huge crowds. The last Megacon convention I went to was the last where the original owner ran. A year later she sold it to a Canadian company that runs A dozen cons around the world. BTW< the Tower of T-shirts has been there since the early 200s!
Had a great time there! Definitely needs some adjustments next year tho. Felt very understaffed

Dang it! Was there from open to close and missed you Jay! 😖 my first MegaCon ever and it was EPIC! Got several autographs and photo ops too. Even with the large crowds later in the day I could still appreciate the cosplay and for relief I’d go up stairs. I’m learning! Hopefully go next year too!

Overcrowded is right. In addition to the parking being a complete mess, photo ops were too. Had a photo op for Giancarlo Esposito at 3:30, we didn’t actually get in to see him until 5:30…very unorganized this year and I definitely think they oversold on tickets. But, I made the best out of it and had fun in the end! Just hopefully they clean that up next year
Yeah I got a table photo with Giancarlo and got his autograph. Way better than doing the photo op. Glad I did that instead of paying for the photo op

Saturday was absolutely ridiculous, 1.5hours to park, it was so packed we left after a hour. You literally could not move on the floor.
I agree it was ridiculous. I didn’t get to do much on Saturday. Only thing I did pretty much was wait in line for photo ops, wait in line at Giancarlo Esposito table for a table photo and autograph, and attend the hobbit panel

In the Megacon Orlando FB group, DOZENS of people are reporting that they got COVID. I even caught a cold from the event and managed to get by without COVID but still.
Great weekend but yea the crowd level was overwhelming at times.
Theres some thing i do miss about the pandemic. The reminders to wash ur hands keep distance and limited crowds. Everywhere u go is packed elbow to elbow now and its pretty alarming cause the realness that u can still get sick is there. But it Looks pretty awesome though. Never was at one. Great vid bro now break up these cons ur goin to n get back to a rays game:)
0:19 it is a big convention center, but the East/West Councourse on the other side is far bigger and they should have had MegaCon there. They keep alternating concourses. The North/South Concourse is just not big enough to holdegaCon anymore
saturday was alright, aside from the fact i was in traffic for 3 hours in a car with no ac in 94 degree weather
they definitely could’ve done better this year, it felt like all they cared about was the money instead of the experience

I was there Saturday (dressed as Jolyne from Jojo's) and it was soooo packed but people were incredibly nice and amazing despite the crowds. I loved the convention and can't wait to go to another!! Thanks for getting good footage of the con. 😊
Yes i been there for 4 day and it's was overcrowded and it's smell like cheek, it's doesn't help the cringe was overload but It's super fun but serious just do local convention.
