Thanks Jesse...great memories of being on Maui, from as far back as 1976, when times were very different, camping wherever we happened to be. Nothing was built down to Makena, which was one of our favorite places to stay. Of course, the Hana side was/is magical. And our hike thru the crater out the Kaupo Gap, amazing. My good travel buddy lives in Maui Meadows. He has had the premier landscape installation and maintenance biz in the area for 30+ years. Anyway...fun to see your vids as we sit here near Lake Tahoe, waiting for warmer weather.
Very nice! I love West and North Maui - Kaanapali and Kapalua. I think that’s West and North Maui. My heart aches for anyone impacted by the horrific fires. This area you are featuring are gorgeous!
Heaven on earth! We'd love to spend more time in Maui, but when you're looking at 20k to 30k a week for a rental, how can anyone but the super wealthy aford it? Any suggestions?
Disappointed you didn’t give Ekolu’s information. We owned a vacation rental their for many years many of the units have great ocean views , we are fortunate to have a 180 view of the ocean . The community landscaping is lush and beautiful. Our guest frequently mention how quiet and relaxing the community is.
Why are you so paranoid? Don't you think it's best to lay Brand New sewers and plumbing pipes and hydrant system before they give out permits to build on top of houses.
Very affordable, when you consider you will be surrounded by multi to tens of millions of dollars. These are some of the most expensive homes on the south coast closest to the resorts and beaches.

Been to the Kaanapali area several times but never Wailea. Correct me if I'm wrong but prices in Wailea seem to be higher for short term visits.

We love Maui, our first stay was at Makenna golf resort just before they sold it. Beautiful beaches there.

We visited friends who were staying at The Grand Wailea, spending the day at the pools. Yes it's expensive, however it's an amazing place!!!!
