Hi! I saved the xml file but when i tried to load it with 'Load a TrackMate file', it opened a window without the images. Instead, the spots and tracks appeared over a black background. How can I solve that?
Hi! When you 'Save" on TrackMate, only the tracks (and spots, if displayed) are actually exported. So when you load this file, only the tracks are visible.
@@usercvzu1256 You will first need to make sure you have a single file containing a sequence of your images. If you have several photos in a folder (File - Import - Image Sequence).

Hi @abuhoraira7637. If you have Fiji installed, TrackMate should already be found under Plugins> Tracking.
