Amazing work. Every single citizen needs to respond to police like this. But people are very easily controlled and give away their consent way to swiftly. Thats how officers like it, and their whole philosophy is based on a very strong push to paint a picture that your rights are not important. They drill it in every encounter they make.
They dehumanize us just by calling us "civilians". When did police get the idea that they are not civilians? It's not military law that they are enforcing and they aren't military.
Abolish qualified immunity for all government employees. They should carry personal liability insurance. Teach the Constitution at the academy. I.Q. and maturity tests.

😂I don't need a novel. 😂🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🙏
Where would seeing his ID get them (which running his plates would do anyway)... more crucially then what ?
Unless he has outstanding warrants, they find real evidence, he gets caught in even an inadvertent lie, or blurts out a confession or says something that gets twisted.
I like your technique of identifying these tyrants, good job
We got a call, I’m just trying find out what’s going on, I need to see your ID, wind your window down, step out of the car, I’ll wait until you’re answering my question and then talk over you. How’s my cop training going so far?
Who made da call?? This person that made the call could be a criminal or someone that is taking the da piss or it could be the the guy that is being investigated, they seam to believe anyone on the da end of a phone which could be anyone 😂
learning and compehending the constitution should be the fist lesson of the police acadamy
Seems to me that there are thousands of different “correct” interpretations of the law in the USA. Each county, across the land, enforces your Constitution the way they want. Almost as if they are not United at all.
@Ed Yak: precisely. And on other casts the will read them out one after the other with " however" another case said the opposite. Crazy. You can't win them al. No sirree.
Way to stand your ground
The 2nd 4th and 5th they might know definitely doesn't know the 5 eliminates of the first. But Man they don't like it when we know them. This is a good video 👍📸💪
This reminded me of when my cat catches a mouse, he doesn’t just kill it, he spent a couple hours playing with it and terrorizing it! You destroyed those Supposed detectives! That was embarrassing! That tie hanging off that fat neck of the Piggy looked very suspicious😂🖕🐷
Citizens rights are violated everyday everywhere cops are entraping citizens lying to them
This guy receives an A+. Nice job.
Imagine if this man didn't know his rights those criminals would have shot
I would figure the most suspicious statement is the police saying "we got a call".
Standard cop lie number one.
This guy is killin' it.
This may be the best response from a citizen I have seen. Perfect. Can't find a way to back seat RUclips comment this one. Well done!
Good job standing your ground 💪💪💪
You could see the look of "Oh sh*t" on the Detectives face when he started asking about the 4th Amendment.
Lmao totally turned the tables on them - YOU LOOK SUSPICIOUS
Great job you handle that professionally and cordially😊
owned and dismissed
Amazing work. Every single citizen needs to respond to police like this. But people are very easily controlled and give away their consent way to swiftly. Thats how officers like it, and their whole philosophy is based on a very strong push to paint a picture that your rights are not important. They drill it in every encounter they make.
The second the camera came out the fluid bullshit from the TBLG (thin blue line gang) ceased !!
Everywhere is a high crime area.
Doesn't mean shit when it comes to ID.
Brown v Texas. No crime, no ID.
1st it was a CALL about a suspicious person THEN it became the person CAME into the station stick with 1 reason
If you are afraid to offend someone, you can not be HONEST. Thomas Paine.
I can do anything i want because, 'we got a call' BS!
Thank you for exposing the abuse. We must re-educate our public servants. They have dehumanized civilians and treat us like they hate us.
They dehumanize us just by calling us "civilians". When did police get the idea that they are not civilians? It's not military law that they are enforcing and they aren't military.
These guys don’t seem like bad dudes. They’re just doing what they’ve done for 30 years probably.
Which makes them bad if they've been doing to others what they tried to do with the guy in the video
Request His body cam
Small talk to try and befriend ya. Every vop is a liar
I think that the best thing he did is, not get excited and he spoke slowly, with well thought out responses!! 😊😊😊 good job buddy!!!
That was awesome! 😂
Ok when you know something, come back to my window.
Abolish qualified immunity for all government employees. They should carry personal liability insurance. Teach the Constitution at the academy. I.Q. and maturity tests.
He was recording you on his phone in his shirt pocket. He will upload a good picture of your face from the video and do a facial recognition scan against driving licenses on the national database. He will get your ID even if you don't give your ID. Wear a face mask and sunglasses
👍
It's really simple, "You're here to investigate a crime. Do you see me committing a crime? No, you don't, good-bye!"
