Baking Pancakes

Pancake Recipe for a bag of 1300gr
In a bowl pour 1lt milk, 0,5lt water, pour the Waffle Pancake mix in the water - milk stirring slowly. At the end add 60gr of Unsalted Butter melted at room temperature.
Let the batter rest in 10 minutes.
Bake your pancake at 190C on kitchen or crepe plate.
