Love the Video! I recently just bought y’all guys dampers and just installed it into my 8550 EcoTank, i saw somewhere someone said do a powerclean to get ink back into the dampers but it didn’t work, will it work if I leave the printhead over the capping station and use a syringe attach to the waste hole and suck it out from the waste tank that’s connected to the printhead that’s connected to the main ink tanks? Will that work? Hoping I made sense 😅
I don't know where you can buy it, but we can try to fix it for you: bchtechnologies.com/fast-track-l1800-xp-15000-et-15000-wf-7610-7620-wf-7110-wf-7710-7720-et-8550-et-2720-et-2750printer-mainboard-formatter-board-motherboard-troubleshooting-and-repair/
@@jamesbyrd6868 can you explain further? cheers man. I've removed and reinstalled print head and now my pages are blank. Assuming its down to empty dampers
In this video Abby said she finally figured out how to install with the brackets after struggling, but you don't tell us your secret. When I put the bracket into the slot in the back of the printhead, I am not able to keep it there once l try to put the front of the bracket under the black tab. In the video you said the tail will come out. What's the purpose of putting the "tail" into the slot, only to have it come back out? Please help. Also, I would like to let you know that it is NOT neccessary to take the spring off. You just slide the plastic cover, unscrew and voila!
At 1:30 in the video, suction is used on the waste tube to empty the dampers. At 10:26, we are told to use suction on the waste tube to draw in ink and prime the dampers. How can suction on the waste tube both empty the dampers and refill them?
do you have a video on cleaning the print heads

You can control it by connect or disconnect the tubes.
Do you have to prime the dampers after replacing? I replaced the dampers and now have no ink printing…ideas?
did you ever find a solution to this? I'm in same situation
This looks like a mess lol
