When you get into the game, you can go to "Online" mode. There, a login screen should appear. If you don't have an account, Register, then type in your Username and Password. There, you can join/create a room to fight in. :)
@@ravjohn6574 Waluigi is automatically unlocked upon starting the game. You're probably in the wrong version of the game, which would explain your lack of access to both online games and Waluigi.
