- In this video, I head back out to a side trail to see how far it goes. I end up experiencing some heavy rain showers, as well as a gorgeous sunset before hiking back in the dark. Oddly enough, I hear the same music coming from within the woods as my previous visit. So of course, I have to investigate it.
Speaking of music... the soundtrack heard in the beginning "The Quitting Song", will be available in stores soon. It's been a little while since I've released anything, so I'm pretty excited about it!

So, what did the music sound like?
You can hear it best with headphones. The camera didn't do very well picking it up so I tried boosting it in the low end where the sound carried most. I think the first time I heard it (black and white clip) I was able to bring it out a bit better.
@@thehoggattproject Okay thanks! I'll check it out. There have been some correlations with music and Sasquatch in the woods, but there's probably many more theories on that too. There's a guy who posts the same story on a lot of the credible BF sites: Fishing on a remote lake in Canada with family members (two boats I think) and hearing music, kind've like beautiful trumpeting or horns, far off either in the woods or sky. This happened quite a while ago (30 or so years) but he is still searching for answers it affected him so much. Appreciate the content of your channel!
Woah... that sounds very similar to the music I heard. I would describe it as a walts style (3/4 time) beat with trumpets and deep bass. It had a happy or "inviting" sound to it. Seeing there was a service road I was expecting to see a work truck on my hike out. I never saw one though.
The first time I heard it was on the same mountain but nowhere near any service road.
@@thehoggattproject @thehoggattproject Yeah, that's weird! I run into that comment every now and again because the gentlemen who posts it must have it saved for the appropriate vids. I'm going to look for it this coming week and when I find, I'll post on this vid. Maybe you can get ahold of each other and compare notes (no pun intended - lol). It's all about gaining knowledge in this field. He'd probably be excited to hear you heard something very similar! More to come on this...
Why the crazy music? Just show us the outdoors.
