I'm no expert, but I'd just post the Inkster interview on its own as soon as you have it. Ditto with Rose Zhang. And brevity is always best for youtube. So much better off breaking up the content into three or more videos. You'd want at least one video per week so space them out as much as possible. Frankly it is common practice to have a long video if you like and then slice up all the other pieces. Most successful channels spit out each chunk as soon as its edited and the whole integrated video comes later. I'd even have edited down versions of the interviews and maybe the best parts. (Not suggesting you watch it, but an example of this kind of posting is Official Jim Cornette and the channel does very well even though they're actually pretty slow to get their content edited and out.)
I'd love to see Grant let loose a little more, but don't want to risk the reputation in the day job. Love Tom Abbott, but also don't mind Grant ribbing a bit on air.
