Second this. So glad I saw this review as I was super tempted in loving the "idea" of a tablet that foams and quick/easy to drop in toilet for a once a week clean and be done without having to use the typical squeeze gel toilet bowl cleaners. Should have known the ads look waaaay better that reality as I have tried so their regular cleaners and hated them. Loved the tablets and quality bottles but the actual mixes cleaned worst than any natural brand I have ever tried. Toilets have always been my biggest annoyance in my house. My bathrooms are always sparkling clean among toilet but despise no matter how often I clean them the dam hard water causes immediate rings feels like almost in days as if a dorm of college men were using it LOL. So frustrating. have yet to find an easy solution for upkeep alas. My dream combo to date is the Clorox gel and I top off with a few squirts of Bar Keeper Liquid Cream near the water ring. Effortless cleaning in minutes. Just wish it lasted but cant win them all I guess. Love this cream version of BK compared to the powder as didnt realize it existed for years. Not wasting money on these tabs now that's for sure. I use enough natural green brands for other home cleaners but feel certain things like toilets just require legit chemicals and I'm fine that. Will never use anything natural just for the sake of it as opposed to actual effectiveness especially at the higher price point! 🤗

So I completely understand your frustration with the customer service. I do think its important to keep in mind that companies like blueland (ones that claim to be sustainable) tend to focus more on if a product rather than if a product comes wholly. That being said I have their spray bottle cleaners and while they arent the strongest I can clean knowing I'm reduce my impact on the world with products that actually work. is it gonna be as strong as bleach or other hard chemicals? no way, but it cleans my tub and with a little elbow grease it does the job. I enjoy their products but am glad to have heard your feedback.

I have been purchasing from Blueland since beginning a plastic-free, zero-waste lifestyle during the COVID shutdown in 2020. Customer service has always been great, and all of their products work well (with the exception of the laundry tabs in front-load washing machines - they don't always fully dissolve). What was wrong with the customer service here? You read yourself that they explained that the product still works perfectly well even if "damaged", and when you were still not satisfied they sent you a free replacement...
The issue was I wanted a tablet, not something that has to be measured and spooned in. That is what I ordered. The only communication I received was that I could use the powder. They never mentioned sending a replacement. It just showed up after I wrote them another email explaining why the "powder" was not what I ordered. It was the lack of communication/ concern on their part. I never got a response from the second email. The cleaner itself was ok, noting special. Hope that explains my problem.
Ya, I agree that the breakdown of the tablet would be no big deal. I think I would accept the fact that they use less binding chemicals to keep their environmentally safe ratings. Maybe they should add a disclaimer, or deliver in powder form with a scoop to avoid the complaints.
I'll probably consider giving them a try. I don't have hard water where I live but OMG, that customer service lol. Blue land read the room, it would have cost you a replacement pack once to potentially get a lifelong costumer.

I personally really do like their products! I use the toilet, multipurpose, glass, and bathroom cleaner. I've used the dishwasher tablets and I really have no complaint with them. They cleaned my dishes, and that's that, but they're nothing ground breaking. I have the dish and hand soap as well. The hand soap is my least favorite out of all the products I've tried, but it's just because I don't think it gets sudsy enough. That's just a person preference. I will say that the scents they have are wonderful. You can smell them, but they aren't an overpowering smell. The hand soap also doesn't dry my hands out which I find to be very fascinating! The multipurpose cleaner shockingly cleaned a greasy mess on my stove. The bathroom cleaner also works well and has cleaned up some gross bits. The glass cleaners I think works the best. I don't normally use these products when I need a deep clean, I save that for my scrubbing bubbles and the pink stuff. That being said, I feel like I don't have to do those deep cleans as much because I think they do clean very well. Also, I feel better about using these products on a more frequent basis in comparison to many other cleaners! I am not a sponsor, nor do I have any affiliation with Blueland. I was just on the look out for less intense cleaning products for a day to day use and I was pleasantly surprised. My roommates also enjoyed the products and feel very similarly about them as I do. I would recommend them, but I truly believe your opinion on all these products will vary depending on what you are trying to get out of them. Although, I completely understand your frustration with costumer service! I would have been very upset if I received the response you did. Thankfully, I have had no reason to contact them yet.

I'm not a fan of ordering cleaning supplies over the internet I just prefer being able to go in a store and picking it up...if blue land was available in Target or similar stores and was comperable in price I'd probably get it.

What's the point of customer service fixing your issue if you're still not going to do business with them? That seems kind of shitty. We're all allowed to shop wherever we want, so if you don't want to then, fine, whatever. But why put the effort into communicating with them when it doesn't matter if they fix the issue or not?
Well, the issue was that customer service instructed me to “just use the powder”. That is basically all I was told. Then, without notice, a replacement showed up. That’s not great customer service. It left a bad taste in my mouth… Just my opinion.
