@@1nvisible1or he could just leave it alone? It’s never going to be fast, and it already sits low in the water, I mean it’s an aluminum John boat. Then you would have to contend with it being 2-3x as wide, or with all the extra crap on it. Then if you wanted to sell it you would just get laughed at. And Brenton is using this to catch fish, that’s it, I don’t even think it would benefit him to get it to sit even lower in the water. So yea your theory is correct but there is absolutely zero reason to do that. This isn’t a race boat at all or ever will be. I seriously think it has a harbor freight motor on it.. 😂
I literally was just researching the other day to build this exact boat. Harbor freight 6.5 direct drive to a para motor blade. Jordan if you need more power just swap the engine with the higher hp Ghost at harbor freight. 3x the power over stock. That engine makes go karts race ready. Genius!

Air boats are perfect for flounder gigging (at least in the bays in Texas). Gigging with Jordan! Just move ypur batteries and lights temporarily from your other boat!

Lately though, it's all about you spending $$$, on expensive Toys, & playing around with them! You don't seem to have a goal, or productivity included! (Just a Rich-Guy playing w/xpv toys)! Would be cool to rig up some temporary axles to the front and back and see if you can go up on land, roll around, and then get back to the water.
You could put a stage 1 kit on the motor to give it a little more power, or paint the bottom of the boat with gator glide.

Yeah! You need to wear that safety lanyard and that button is more than likely the kill switch or start button ... so in the key on position, press it and see if it starts... while running press it and see if it dies
You better put some shields on the back sides and the transom for backwash.

There is a teather on the steering handle you need to have attached to yourself at all times, if you fall off it will shut the engine off which is also what the red button is for. Without it your boat will keep moving until it hits something
I was thinking exactly this as he was trying to figure out how to turn it off early in the video.
You should coat the bottom of the boat in Gator Glide! It’d probably do better on water and land; less friction.
It needs a product called gator glide for the bottom will make a huge difference also a street bike motor will make a lot more power and speed and still be air cooled
Really cool little airboat. I hate to, but I gotta tell you, I've seen airboats in the 8 and 10 foot range....
That red button is your motor shut off. The cord on the side is your run away switch. Clip it to your body. If you fall overboard it will shut the motor off. The c clamp on the trailer is holding it from splitting and dropping the back of the trailer lower. It's called a drop axle trailer and they super cool to use. Awesome video man. Hope the info helps.

You can build that motor and put a different carb on those predator motors for less than $500. It’s super easy and you will not regret it.
Hey jiggin we have a mud boat and we put this stuff called gator glide on the bottom and it would make that airboat drive better on land and maybe faster on water it’s just an idea
Your airboat just needs the heavy-duty black plastic sheet that goes underneath the whole body, starting at the hull all the way back to the motor.

You need to put a torqued converter on it with some different gearing the reason it is not fast enough is because it is bolted straight to the motor
