I would have bought the pyrex dish for $7.00. They are so high where I live. Still cheaper than a plastic dish. Lots of good stuff. Thanks for sharing.

Wow Nicole that store is amazing! The shelves are packed and the prices are terrific. If you were in the market for furniture that would be the place to go to. I just loved the little amber birds, they are adorable.
I have developed a habit of rescuing cross stitch and needlepoint items when I thrift. Since I’ve been stitching again, knowing the amount of work involved, I simply have to give them a new home rather than imagining them ending up in a landfill. There was a framed stitchery piece at Legacy Thrift that would have come home with me. The red transferware plate is super pretty.

The white/green teapot and cup set is Japanese. These sets traditionally came with 5 cups. In this tradition, four cups are unlucky. This is a complete set.

I just donated all my Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne to the womens' shelter. I had it for years and it was time. Always good to refresh!

I had that stained glass picture with the swan and the I love you saying. Bought it probably in the early 80's ...no doubt it brought back a memory for you. You got some really cute treasures - love the little teapot with the four leaf clovers. I use small cups like the ones you got for small succulents too :)

I live in a very small town in Mississippi and I’ve been looking for a job for over a year! It’s awful.. they all want to go through indeed! Ugh… Anyhoo! Good luck to ya! ❤
Oh yes! I stopped looking at remote jobs and have started to focus on hybrid and in person because all the remote jobs have hundreds of applications! Like being a needle in a haystack! Good luck to you as well!
I like the Yorktown pattern, but my favorite is Folk Art which I have had since the 80s. It’s still in good shape.

So glad you got the teapot and creamer. I had just about every type of piece in that pattern when it first came out when I was married 52 years ago. I sold most of it a few years ago (wanted a change) but kept the teapot and a few serving pieces. I still love it and I'm glad it's still appreciated. Enjoy! The skunk and bunny w/ the balloons would be so cute on a birthday cake.

You’re right about the teapot having a pattern from the eighties at 7:40, I had a wall paper with that exact pattern in the early eighties. I did a part of my kitchen with that wallpaper. Those birdies were so cheap at a $1.69 ! I’ve got a couple of the blue birds, I would have loved to added those to my couple of birds.✌🏼❤️
If the tea set is a true Japanese set it comes with 5 cups because the hostess does not drink the tea. I got a set years ago from an aunt who was an air line attendant. She brought it back from Japan. Check into it before you sell it🙂

That's my pfaltzgraf pattern Yorktown. I have service for 12 that I have thrifted or garage saled every piece I have. I need that tea pot, the pedestal cups, and those serving pieces to go with my set!
