I feel like Bebe Rexha and her team need to focus more on building a strong fanbase instead of trying to catch quick radio hits as a featured artist. Lorde for an example has less appearences on the Billboard 100 than Bebe Rexha but she feels like a way more important figure in the modern pop landscape right now. It is because of her critical acclaim and her being a big inspiration for other musicians. But one big factor is her fanbase that never stops talking about her and her albums. The amount of people who reacted to "Melodrama" on this platform speeks for itself. To be successfull Bebe Rexha needs a bigger and more dedicated fanbase too. That would also give her more safety in terms of budget. Another thing that would help is if her label would give her more artistic freedom and would let her make the anticipated rock album she wants to make. Artistc freedom helps to create a uniquer sound to make her stand out more from other pop girls at the moment. Because she often is just a feature artist on big radio hits, Bebe Rexha can feel undistinct and non-descript. Giving her the space to evolve her own sound would help so much!
I think timing has gotten in the way with Bebe Rexha's second album. She was originally supposed to release her first single from "Better Mistakes" last April but then the VIRUS hit and halted absolutely everything! The Virus also made music videos more expensive for all artists to make. I have no idea why "Baby, I'm Jealous" did not do well when it should have. Bebe Rexha's "Better Mistakes" album has A HECK OF A LOT MORE music videos this time: Baby, I'm Jealous", "Sacrifice", "Sabotage" and upcoming "Die For A Man" With Lil Uzi Vert + "Better Mistakes" with Travis Barker. This era thus far is getting much more love than "Expectations" deserved to get!! We will see what Bebe and her team have in store for the Rexhars when it is released next week! (Entertainment Weekly and Entertainment Tonight Canada have given it rave reviews) ...Nearly 3 Years Since "Expectations" where we only got one new music video for "I'm A Mess" when many other songs should have seen the spotlight!
I am not sure if the song created on Song Land will be featured in the Olympics because they are looking like they might not happen this year. IF the song had happened last year as planned it would have made Bebe Rexha known in America/the world more!
This album became my favorite album released this year and one of my favorites overall, it had many sounds and even the rap collabs (especially male rappers) which I don't always enjoy unless it's Nicki or Doja, I really enjoyed them too. Sacrifice is undoubtedly my favorite song, and Die For A Man and Break My Heart Myself could be the other two tracks on the top 3. This album deserved at least a dozen times what it got.
idk tbh, i feel like i'm gonna be disappointed by it. i'm a fan of Expectations, and i love the lead singles Sacrifice and Baby I'm Jealous (unpopular opinion apparently. the jelly on a plate line makes me cringe though), but from what i've heard the rest of the tracks aren't anything special and have this same generic Pop production that most Pop songs have nowadays. i'll be surprised if i give this album anything over a 6.5/10, but we'll see in a few hours.
Sacrifice is a BOP
Can’t believe she’s now back with “I’m Good”
Break my heart myself and better Mistakes are the best songs from the album. (Snippets)

The song with Travis Barker is "Break My Heart Myself" not "Better Mistakes" ;)
dude i really think Self Control should've gotten a music video, it's one of my favorite songs off of Expectations!
@@Stefan_Gerards believe me her label sucks. They won't let her do what her and her fans want her to do.
@@snowchild1764 Exactly!!
@@snowchild1764 true
It sucks seeing this album not do well, but I’m just glad she’s still putting it out, even if it’s flopping. Fans are hungry
You should make another one on how her 3rd album is going to do
This will probably be my favourite album of the year, or even the decade
Shame people don’t realise it’s greatness
That means a lot, Thank you!!
Loved this video so much!! 💖 Bebe is such an underrated artist
Thank you!
hey, love the video just saying "Not 20 Anymore" came during "Harder" and YCSTG
Hey Thank you so much! Also, yes i know that but it was a Promo single but yes you are correct it came out during that era.

Damn you were on it and the album did indeed flop 😢
Love it! I can see you’re going to be a popular channel. Remember me when you’re famous
Omg Thank you so much! Means the world!
After "I'm Good" I think BR3 could SMASH
Please support Better Mistakes :((
Just subcribed♥ you have major potential♥
Thank you so much!
This is like Future Nostalgia. All the songs are BOPS and has the potential to be singles
Fantastic analysis!
You should do another video on her 3rd album “Bebe”
This was an amazing video
thank you so, so much!!
I love your channel!
Thank you so much 🥺😘
You should do a video on why singers like Bebe Rexha, Ava Max, Kim Petres, Etc haven't become main pop girls at all
It sadly flopped. A shame too because it's such a great album.
You should make a video on Ariana grande or Katy Perry
Bebe has become a feature artist😢
It’s underrated
I was jus listening to the album
Do yiu like it?
@@sullivanmeaghan1341 I like it
