Bought one for my missis,as the adjustable stock is perfect for her length of pull , trigger was great out of the box , there was hardly any play in the butt ,plus it's an easy fix with a thin plastic wedge , it definitely needs a silence ,as it's got a crack like a rim fire rifle ! , It's super accurate, she shoots over 70 / 100 metres, and it's on par with all types of rifles shot by other club members, I had to polish the fill port as it was sharp ,and sliced the o rings on the fill adaptor, but this is not a problem ,for a gun that shoots this well ,She gets 7 full mags before topping up the cylinder,so the shot count is pretty impressive, For the money paid for this rifle,it's as good as many much more expensive rifles
Great stuff, they are a cracking little rifle. I use mine now as a "club gun" at the airgun club I run. The adjustment on the stock means that small kids to fully grown adults can use it. I'm glad you got a good one ;-)
all my krals , came in hard cases ... great review , lots of great imformation . i have 5 kral rifles , and had no problems with them . have subscribed . cheers Simon
Great review, all accurate and honest. Guess I have been lucky as button wobble is not really an issue on mine. One thing I would like to add is pay attention to the screw/twist cap that covers the filler port, the edges of the drilled out hole can be razor sharp and they can shave flat spots in the o-rings, obviously this will lead to air leakage.
Thanks Gavin for the reply, glad you've got a good one. I think I was lucky with the filler ports on mine, they're not too sharp. I know a lot of people on the forums take the edges off what they can with a counter sink or a large drill bit, obviously being careful not to let anything fall into the actual filler port.
How refreshing to see an honest review warts an all. I have subscribed on the the power of this 1 video. I have heard that the adjustment of the cheek piece leaves a lot to be desired as it rocks backwards and forward along the axis of the rifle . Appreciate your thoughts on this. I was looking to buy 1 but holding back now . Appreciate any comments.
I have to ask when you purchased your Kral Puncher NP 03 as I purchased one this week. Jan 2024 & I have to say from the box right through every issue you've shown or mentioned, I have absolutely none of them. My new rifle is fantastic, accurate, nothing loose, even the box has a moulded insert to keep everything separated & damage free. Even the Plastic as you call it, seems so much more solid, and it has a plenty large enough & comfortable grip for my surgical glove size 10 hands. All, I can say is they must have listened to past complaints & now, got it right. Sincerely Mark, Blackpool. UK
Nice honest review, butt wobble is a deal breaker for me, and as for the shroud One of my rifles is a BSA R10 SE and that makes no difference with shroud removed TBF. might go for the NP02 now after your review.
Thanks buddy. I've fixed the butt wobble with a plastic shim, so that's okay now, but has a little okay now. Some people have said their NP-03 does not have that issue. The shroud will come off and the barrel does have a unf thread on the end, but I don't like the look of it that much!
This is a good honest review I have watched a few reviews on thus gun no one has mentioned the play in the the butt I was going to buy one I think I’ll look for something else now.
The filler probe that came with mine was badly machined that it didn't work so I had to buy another one from a reputable shop. It does seem like Kral QC is non existent.
I HAVE ONE OF THESE AIR RIFLEKRAL PUNCHER NP-03 SUITS ME DOWN TO A TEE THE PISTOL GRIP IS RIGHT FOR ME AS I HAVE SMALL HANDS AND THE ACCURACY IS RIGHT AT 40YDS
The stock wobble m8 i had that problem with my Smith&wesson 15-22 not as bad as on your rifle , however i am assuming the butt stock can come of the buffer tube. Get a bit off gather tape and put a couple of layers round the top of the tube where the butt stock sits. It will make it syiff to collapse and extend however the butt won't wobble as much.
Thanks for the tip, I'm going to do a second review of this rifle in a few weeks, once I've been out with it in the field and done some proper pellet testing.
Hi man...you should do a lot more reviews...finally someone not paid, that says what he really thinks about the rifle. Just a couple questions about this gun: 1. Is it easy to adjust the trigger? 2. Do you use hand pump to fill it? If so, how many pumps does it need to get it from 100 to 190 bar? Thanks, Raffaele
Hey, the sliding stock (butt) and "buffer tube" cannot be removed on the UK version, unless you drill out the retaining pin. I have seen none UK versions that come with an allen bolt in place which can be unscrewed and then the whole thing can be slid out.
@@k.s.airguns-airgunpestcont4680 thanks dude. Been thinking about buying it because I want a decent take down rifle. Do you think it would be easy to drill out and fit a release mechanism without compromising the sturdiness and adjustability of the stock?
@@morgan1985uk Hard to say without actually doing it. I would envisage having to drill through the main stock so you could have a bolt fit straight through one side of the stock, through the buffer tube and through the other side of the stock..... if you get me? In fairness, that would probably make the rear end more rigid as I found it to have quite a bit of wobble out of the box.

Butt wobble I meant.

Thanks, really appreciate your honest review. I’ve noticed the exaggeration and contradictory views of other channels. Good review, cheers.

Nice review. I have the NP-03 in .22 cal and it is very accurate
A great little rifle for the money 👍👍
My kral np03 came in the same cardboard box but it had a cut out polystyrene that the gun slotted in and didn't slide about very good accurate gun
Cracking review mate, Audio spot on now, take it easy, Cheers

Thinking of getting the NP-01 in .25 cal any thoughts !
Whereabouts are you based? Would this be a full power NP-01 or are you here in the UK?
Kral has to improve all faults on this riffle. Starting with stock and quality of materials used. Good idea rifle, but not worth it as is.
Can you fully remove the stock?
Hey, the sliding stock (butt) and "buffer tube" cannot be removed on the UK version, unless you drill out the retaining pin. I have seen none UK versions that come with an allen bolt in place which can be unscrewed and then the whole thing can be slid out.
