I'm a simple man. I see a Simon video, I click like. Literally anyone else starts talking, I click away Sorry, Simon is the only reason to watch this channel anymore
Please allow me to tell a story... Christmas 1998 I was gifted WrestleMania The Legacy VHS box set. WrestleMania through WrestleMania XIV. I made it a tradition that January. I got out my calculator and did the math where I would watch 1 hour every day, leading into WrestleMania XV. Wrestlemania hour one, hour two. Wrestlemania 2, hour 1, etc ..etc ..etc...Each year I started 4 days earlier. I would take out my notebook and write stats in so many different ways. Ranking all the matches. Ranking all the hours. Thanks to my vast media collection, I began that same tradition for the big 4. Which means I'm either in Wrestlemania, SummerSlam, survivor series, and now Royal Rumble season, pretty much the entire year. When we lose a legend, all of their big matches all become brand new again. We literally watch them differently. And thanks to that same media collection, they are never truly gone. And they never stop making these lists that matter to only us. Cheers.
Damn. 59:56 I totally remember this Rumble, little 8 year old me was getting So excited at the idea of Macho Man actually winning it. Then he went for the pin causing my grandpa and I to both say "why is he trying to pin him?", As soon as we finished saying that he was flying over the top rope and the reaction was "Wohh, look at that. He flew right over on to the floor." My hate for "Yoko-tuna" grew significantly that evening. 😅👍
AJ Styles debuting is one of my favourite wrestling moments ever and my favourite rumble moment of all time. I just never thought I’d see him in a WWE ring! I couldn’t believe it.. It really blew my mind. It still does. Incredible!!!
My top 5 favorite Royal Rumble moments: 5) Edge returning in 2010 (2020 was cool too) 4) Maven eliminating Undertaker 3) Drew McIntyre eliminating Brock Lesnar 2) Rey Mysterio winning the 2006 Royal Rumble 1) John Cena's 2008 Royal Rumble return
Honorable mention: Hurricane trying to double choke slam stone cold and triple h and them looking dumbfounded and baffled and them both eliminating hurricane😂.
Honorable mentions: - The six-man staredown of old guard versus the up-and-comers (Cena, Mysterio, Orton vs Reigns, Balor, Nakamura) in 2018 - Cody Rhodes wins the Royal Rumble 2024 back-to-back - Edge outsmarts Randy Orton in 2020 - The Trish Stratus and Mickie James rivalry is (almost) renewed in 2018 - Bob Backlund makes a surprising return in 2000 - Kane gets distracted by the Undertaker leading to his elimination in 2004 - Naomi becomes the counterpart of Kofi Kingston in various Royal Rumbles - Rey Mysterio smartly returns to the ring after stepping on two wrestlers in 2005 (please verify)
My favorite RR moment is in the women's RR 2022. First Ivory entered and next was Brie Bella. Simon Miller hates their entrancemusic. I wanted to see his reaction that time😂😂😂
Guys... The audio... I'm not even someone who only watches for Simon... but... like... Why is everyone besides Simon peaking the mic so hard??? Are they trying to eat the mic???
Fun fact #86 Mil mascaras didn’t eliminate himself. He went through the second rope, and then he climbed to the top ropes. Referees didn't see him and only saw him diving to the top ropes. That's why there was confusion between them.
My top 5 -Alberto Del Rio 2011 last moment eliminate Santino -2008 Super Cena -2010 Edge shock return -RVD 2009 return -AJ 2016 Debut -Goldberg beat up Brock Lesnar and see Undertaker 🔥
So from what I've heard is that the Lana Injury WAS IN FACT LEGIT. What was SUPPOSE TO HAPPEN is Jax would come out "injure" her thus allowing Becky to take her place. However when Lana injured herself for real during the preshow the plan was altered to use her legit injury as a attack point for Jax.
Mil Mascaras didn't get eliminated. He went out from the middle rope and jumped off of the top turnbuckle. Then they said he was eliminated, but he argued, because he shouldn't have been eliminated.
WWE created the Women’s Tag Team Championships with a view to breaking up Billie Kay and Peyton Royce, even though they are *still* the only genuine women’s tag team WWE has ever had.
Had Titus been thinking on his feet (figuratively), he would have crawled through and emerged on the opposite side of the ring. As if he was trying something tactical. He could even have loudly declared 'I meant to do that'. Not blaming him one bit by the way. It was just a really shitty thing for him to happen.
Would it be such a wild suggestion to have Michelle McCool win it? 😅 she is barely rusty at all & would put on a good show at Mania... keeps the old "anything can happen" factor. And there's enough other spots for women... Becky the Legend Killer? She's pinned Lita, Mickie, Trish so.... keep it going
#60 is a waste of a spot. That debut is part of why she never took off in WWE. She came out and interrupted Asuke's royal rumble victory celebration just to point at the sign, as if she'd done something to earn that debut and that wrestlemania tease when no one knew if her transition from UFC to WWE would even be a good one. I was actually mad that they didn't have her debut in the rumble, show she could go, and then take the elimination to demonstrate that she's fine with not going straight to the top. They could have had the others all gang up on her if they still wanted her to look strong. The way it actually went made her look kind of like a dork.
its every rumble video the same - Mil Mascaras did not eliminate himself - the wwe officals screwed him and did not let him back in. He went through the ropes to the outside, climbed the top rope from the outside and jumped to the floor - so he never went over the top rope, so he was never eliminated....
Athena is not capable of a big WWE run. She doesn’t have the personality or ring presence. She barely cracks this NXT roster. giulia, Perez, Vaquer, that’s just the top of the card, no need to mention all the mid card talent she can’t hang with. Gymnasiums are about her level.
Edge return in 2020 was EPIC! nobody saw it coming& he returned on the same day as Kobe Bryants death. a rollercoaster of emotions on that day
I'm a simple man. I see a Simon video, I click like. Literally anyone else starts talking, I click away
Sorry, Simon is the only reason to watch this channel anymore
I really wanted Simon to narrate the whole video because everyone else sounds like Jillian Hall singing by comparison.
You didn’t like Andy singing at 12:00 😂
Having HBK and Taker closing th 07 Rumble was already incredible but they also opened th 08 Rumble. What a moment.
34:00 Very happy to see John Morrison get a worthy mention here. I genuinely thought people had forgotten about this moment.

Mysterio's underdog run, McIntyre booting Lesnar out after a monster showing by Lesnar and the Edge return are my personal favourites
Damn. 59:56

😅👍
Macho man forgot it was the royal rumble😂.
Nice "Eye of Terror" reference! Also, wonderful list, with the correct moment at number one! Great job!
Another great video. Loved use all had a turn. Love wrestling but loved use all sharing a video was fun too. More of that please.
I literally have lost track of how many times I saw Edge Return gets me every time on my way now to see it again after the video
I find it weird that these channels ignore Benoit completely but Jimmy Snuka is still celebrated.
He is? To quote OSWReview: *MURDER MURDER MURDER*
It bothers me. I'm not saying celebrate Benoit but show what he did for the business. Showing what he did isn't advocating murder..

For everyone else here just for Simon Miller, his second section of the list starts at 48:35
One love ❤
Been a while since I even listened to a Simon video, guess there's no time better than the present.
😅👍
I don't watch wrestling every week, but I never miss the Royal Rumble.
I’m so damn glad Matt Jeff & Shannon from the 03 rumble got a mention. One of my favourite moments from one of my favourite rumbles.
Come with me as I complete a hop skip drive 🚘
What a nice video. It is like a real Royal Rumble Match, you want to know what's next. Thank you guys.
Damn 55:33 Andre the giant was in the rumble even after being dead for 6 years I guess ANYTHING CAN happen in the rumble
Andre died in 1993. This is the 1989 Royal Rumble? Not sure whats being said here.
2001 Royal Rumble is my absolute favourite Rumble
Honorable mentions:
- The six-man staredown of old guard versus the up-and-comers (Cena, Mysterio, Orton vs Reigns, Balor, Nakamura) in 2018
- Cody Rhodes wins the Royal Rumble 2024 back-to-back
- Edge outsmarts Randy Orton in 2020
- The Trish Stratus and Mickie James rivalry is (almost) renewed in 2018
- Bob Backlund makes a surprising return in 2000
- Kane gets distracted by the Undertaker leading to his elimination in 2004
- Naomi becomes the counterpart of Kofi Kingston in various Royal Rumbles
- Rey Mysterio smartly returns to the ring after stepping on two wrestlers in 2005 (please verify)
My favorite RR moment is in the women's RR 2022. First Ivory entered and next was Brie Bella. Simon Miller hates their entrancemusic. I wanted to see his reaction that time😂😂😂
They need to start using the rumble to push new talent by letting underdogs to win it instead of already main eventers.
I know you don't necessarily mean him, but I'd love Sami Zayn, the "Ultimate Underdog" to win this year.
People forget how much of a pop Duggan got when he entered and when he won
500 it's an honor 👍
Titus World Slide is No.1 and no one can convince me otherwise
Guys... The audio... I'm not even someone who only watches for Simon... but... like... Why is everyone besides Simon peaking the mic so hard??? Are they trying to eat the mic???
10:56 Go Dawgs was praising the almighty he bought front row seats.
Kane 2001 performance should be much much much higher. For looooong time, it was the best performance in RR ever
Jeff Jarrett is midcard for life.
His longevity does not change that.
Fun fact #86 Mil mascaras didn’t eliminate himself. He went through the second rope, and then he climbed to the top ropes. Referees didn't see him and only saw him diving to the top ropes. That's why there was confusion between them.
Awesome Kong deserved so much better
3:49 the best part is that was actually Sheamus's birthday too
SkippinG to the end to make sure Rikishi Scotty and Grandmaster Sexay are at least top 5
Sid eliminating Sgt Slaughter in the 92 Rumble.
My top 5
-Alberto Del Rio 2011 last moment eliminate Santino
-2008 Super Cena
-2010 Edge shock return
-RVD 2009 return
-AJ 2016 Debut
-Goldberg beat up Brock Lesnar and see Undertaker 🔥
Perfect, Godfather, Val Venis and Goldust were all announced in advance of the rumble in ‘02. None of their appearances were surprises that year.

Titus WorldSlide was ranked too low
Easy in the top 15-20
Mil Mascaras didn't get eliminated. He went out from the middle rope and jumped off of the top turnbuckle. Then they said he was eliminated, but he argued, because he shouldn't have been eliminated.
Would love to see a "Wrestlers Who's ONLY Big Moment Happened At The Royal Rumble". Ex: Maven
Slater eliminating Seamus should have been higher
props to Sheamus for agreeing to be eliminated in 1 second by Slater? well I doubt he had any say in that
WWE created the Women’s Tag Team Championships with a view to breaking up Billie Kay and Peyton Royce, even though they are *still* the only genuine women’s tag team WWE has ever had.
Kofi Kingston 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Was this just a list of everything that ever happened in the rumble match.
hmm, if you make a rumble with 50 People it might be funny to have two people come to the ring every 2 minutes
News flash these guys you said the Royal rumble made stars of were already stars,
Sorry Simon, but there was no "so called" about it- The Undertaker WAS the conscience of the WWE
I knew 93 would get the top spot, as it should, but Taker vs HBK should have been higher
The vader elimination rule makes no sense, as it has happened since then a few times.
I would have booked taker and kane to do a dance with scotty
Had Titus been thinking on his feet (figuratively), he would have crawled through and emerged on the opposite side of the ring. As if he was trying something tactical. He could even have loudly declared 'I meant to do that'.
Not blaming him one bit by the way. It was just a really shitty thing for him to happen.
how do you not have staredown between rock and Austin in 2001
I watch rumble for two things the winner and Kofi Kingston saves period
Did these photos go through a weird AI enhancement? Why does everyone look like they're modeled out of clay. The HBK and RTC ones are so strange.
11:25 couldn’t watch past this part
My personal number one is Drew booting Brock Lesnar out of the ring.
And constantly staring at him outside of the ring every few minutes...
Hogan and Warrior facing off is far too low down. Its in the top 5 moments.
GW4L
How you even rank these 30 and above, just random order
Starting to think that they're running out of ideas for spots during the rumble match.
#60 is a waste of a spot. That debut is part of why she never took off in WWE. This dudes speaking cadence drives me nuts. Why does he drag out so many random words?
Who won the 91 Rumble? Hogan?
3 faces of foley!
Poor Titus
A 1hr 41min 06sec of Simon miller no thanks.
He talked for 10 minutes. It’s crazy how people will hate and say unnecessary shit without even watching. Multiple people did this video.
Kofi Kingston
Kofi Kingston is royal rumble
Shawn eliminated yoko and Vader 96
Rhodes should win the Rumble for the 3-Peat to solidify himself as the GOAT
👀 As champion?
Mil Mascaras was right
Cena 08
The socko and the cobra was so stupid. This was when WWE was doing some of the dumbest shit ever
☝🏿
Adam Wilborne aka the annoying kid from The Polar Express.
MAGA andy
whole video shoulda been Simon. BROWN DOWN 👎🏽
Your cadence is so annoying
Why are so many of you guys bald?
jade shouldnt even be on the list
its every rumble video the same - Mil Mascaras did not eliminate himself - the wwe officals screwed him and did not let him back in. He went through the ropes to the outside, climbed the top rope from the outside and jumped to the floor - so he never went over the top rope, so he was never eliminated....
Why the hell is Simon exaggerating the end of every sentence - sounds ridiculous
