TikTok allows its users to switch between Business and Creator account types at any time and as often as they want.
Follow these steps and you will figure out how you can do it:
1. Go to your TikTok profile tab and hit the three dots icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Click on the Manage account section.
3. Find the Switch to Creator Account option and press on it.
4. Confirm by tapping Switch.
5. Now select a category that the best suits your account and hit the Next button.
6. After that provide an information about your gender if you want and click on the Done button.

i think the creator option does not show up unless you qualify for some certain amount of followers because not everyone is gets that option
