You really need to track down the super rare release of War Machine by SoundGarden before claiming your favorite cover of this incredible KISS song. It was originally recorded for the "Kiss my Ass" collection of covers but there was some kind of dispute between the the record labels at the time and they couldn't agree on terms so it was cut from the album. I asked Gene Simmons about it when I met him a few years back before covid and why it didn't get released on his "Vault" box set with all the other demos/unreleased material and he said sometimes lawyers and management just can't be reasoned with so the masters of that recording is in a vault collecting dust at Universal I believe. It is a Killer version if you can track a bootleg of it down. I have never seen it leaked on the internet in over 20 years.
