Fitting holes for later holding zero point pull-studs are drilled into the two clamped workpieces in the first clamping of dowel holes. In this way, the workpieces can be completely finished with a 5-sided machining process by means of #zero-point clamping technology.
The workpiece and entire engine room are cleaned fully automatically by the AMF cleaner. Thus, expensive and time-consuming cleaning by the machine operator is fully eliminated.
