Despite how much I laughed for the first half of it, you still flipped the narrative to an effectively somber tone as the events got more serious. Thanks for sharing your love of story-telling.

While I know that og Bardock was a hardened sayian(granted one that seemed to care about his friends) ,but hardened. I would have liked a scene maybe where he was disappointed by his kids but he was willing to accept it,especially if we go off the idea of fine softening him.But the reason why he lashes out is that the sayians keep pestering him saying" well what do you expect bardock, weak kids from a weak mom" day after day
"what if yamcha was Goku's rival" Replace Vegeta with yamcha more or less making Vegeta into a badass piccolo who has his own rivalry with yamcha. Yamcha gets all the non sayajin powerups; super divine water, king Kai's training, gravity training, potential unlock by guru, one year in the room of spirit and time, 7 year timeskip of training, potential unlock by old Kai, and finally fuses with Goku to make Yahmku! Who utilises "SOKIDAMA" (sokidan + genkidama) goku still beats freeza, Gohan still beats cell, yamcha admits gokus the best during battle with Buu. But then in super yamcha totally gets ultra instinct cause the thumbnail would be rad

Saiyans are very simplistic which is part of what made them dangerous. They rarely cared for family since they only breed to increase there numbers. Even this relationship was the “Best” they have when it came to Saiyan standards.
True, though as shown with other Saiyans, Vegeta mostly, it's entirely possible for that not to be the case. While their nature had a large part to play in the way their society worked, it's entirely possible that the Saiyans could have, eventually, become better people as a whole. Heck, the Universe 6 Saiyans even show that, had the Universe 7 Saiyans never left Planet Sadla, they likely would have been the same as Universe 6 Saiyans. At the very least, they wouldn't have been as bad as they were under Frieza.
I mean Bardock basically is Saiyan Casanova, but that's less to him being a smooth sensitive type that can speak his way into the hearts of women, it's more like the average Saiyans version of courtship is best described as "Bonobo-esq.'
Here's an idea - what if Bardock went to Earth with Goku? Bardock would conclude that somebody has to train his son against Frieza, so he could fight him, as seen in the visions.

Well, this relationship is....complex. I like that it's more flawed than what Minus showed. You can still tell they had something special, but at the same time, you understand why Gine became disilussioned by Bardock over the years.

imagine a shared universe where we see the what-if Gine went to earth, the R&R Raditz and Ranch, the Bardock that convinced the saiyans and the Good Boi Broly and Frieza. it would be one helluva rewrite of these stories but damn would it be interesting to see.
At the very least there will probably be a crossover with these what-ifs at some point
