Years ago, I consulted with Deloitte on this issue; even with a management company in another state, in most situations, your LLC in one state would need to be foreign-qualified in your home state. You can choose which state to domicile your business if you are a non-resident on a different subject.

As a businessman and being in construction, I’m sick and tired of making decisions based on tax considerations instead of business considerations . I think a nation with strategic tariffs on the borders and freewheeling, capitalism and simple taxation within the borders would be a recipe for success

If Trump does what he said he going to do and he usually does; well then I have a window of opportunity to make some moves but I am not at all wealthy so I would have to share with an expert where I am and build a smart plan for the future. Financial management is not really a strength for me I just have some pensions so forth. I don't have any trifecta nothing really setup I need you or someone like you to help me manage what I do have as smart as possible and start to build from there. I do have a financial advisor that handles my 403b but he is just really a republican for what he is selling and that's okay just that I need like you said someone on my side hired to represent me not anybody else that is in conflict with what is best for me. Advice help and thank you for sharing all that you shared on your videos.

300,000 in your Roth? Definitely put some of it in the leading AI companies. I own Nvidia, Apple, and Microsoft and am killing it. Invest the rest in “dividend aristocrat” stocks that are also leaders in their fields. (I’ll let you look up dividend aristocrats). One last thing: Do not speculate on stocks.
