Proud to say I have been a credit card deadbeat for years! It really does pay to be a deadbeat, in this sense.

I pay my balance off every month. I won’t ever pay those greedy bastards interest on a credit card !

I am a partial deadbeat. I just took a 15 day vacation, all paid for with my Marriot points. Platinum status so we got 4 breakfast for free and free lounge access. Monthly expenses, I pay it all off. But, I open a credit card once a year with 0% for 12 to 15 months and I used that each year and pay if off right before it's due. So, I revolve it but with zero percent interest. I use it for insurance payments, car registration, and other housing expenses. I also borrowed 9k for $270. 3% fee. The new credit card, I get back $200 so really, I just borrowed 9k for $70. Lol. I can put that in a cd at 5.25% and make money it. So, once I use it I will have about 25k in total debt. I just divide that by 12 months and pay it all off. I don't have a mortgage. I'm free and clear on all my homes.
