Things i do as colo at stage 14: If they come for me while beast and cart is busy, I just ran to spinners, make horde, and hide between within the legs. If they hooked on u just spam hook on spinners legs. Also not good if they have TS unless if only one scout is after u and this has only worked once for me yet. I usually stay at the back coz less scouts go there and watch for scouts with TS while hiding between spinners legs. around 250-290 is best time for colo to shift at discrict. And u dont have to run for escape when u run out of time coz stage just finish while ur still shifted. If ur forced at inner and beast is on top of walls. Help beast by standing beside him and steam whenever scouts go near. Generally, it's great if scouts don't have TS coz colo can survive much longer. This is only my own opinion and experience.
