I’m a Pomme and I worked in NSW in 1984 and 1985. I drove a KT450 on a farm near Coonamble for a few weeks. The owner had a 650 Bud near Dubbo but it had chewed up its transmission. This video brings back great memories.

The K-19 Cummins is possibly the best road train, triple trailer engine thats ever been used in Australia. From the KT-450 in the 1980's to the KTA-600 that came later.

Wow unbelievable my father can remember this exact tractor and I believe 2 other big buds pulling large plows in NSW and he also remembered a tug of war between this tractor and a d8 dozer

Awesome video. Quick question why has the tractor got what looks to be like a generator just outside the cab door at 0:48 seconds? What it’s purpose? And this thing has the coolest looking lights I have seen on any Big Bud.

It's my mates it's an absolute beauty! I farm in North Central Vic and we have had 50ml in the last 7 days and 90 ml last month in one hit. Sown clover and Kitty hawk wheat already, gearing up for canola soon. Much the same start date
