This is EXACTLY how my course case went. I could’ve just plead no contest that day, paid a fine and been on my way but I do NOT want this on my record because I’m a corporate recruiter and also a licensed STA. Long story short, some girls through food and candy at my head which got my new $40k Camaro! After I left I saw them turn into their place of employment just to ask them why they did that. A few mins later there coworkers came out and blocked by car after I had pulled beside their car and one of the “witness” and other 4 of there coworkers surround my car so left hellos it didn’t escalate more then what it need to and now they gitrl is claim I hit her in my NEW Camaro when she actually walked up to my car, kicked it and say I ran over her. Some people have way to much free time. I actually wished I would have hit her now and ran to not rove her as a liar!! People are ignorant as hell!!!!!
Bro.....these women are something else. I have a case where this chick threw her drink my face and could have possibly blinded me. I retaliated by UNDERHANDING my beer at her with someone standing between us. Her friend told me the next day that she was hit in her bottom lip and gave her a small swelling. She filed a complaint and they want to see if she will press charges after the fact. I work at a security monitoring company, want to move out of the country and move on. I don't want things on my record as this is the only issue I have ever had with any legalities.
What if you get called for a hearing 2 years after the offense was made?
