- March 31st marks twenty two years since Selena Quintanilla-Perez passed from this world. While her ending was tragic, her life was anything but. Today, let tears of grief become tears of joy, because that is what she stood for. Today, let us remember Selena for all that she was; the talented artist, the beloved child, the goofy little sister, and devoted wife.

Selena wasn't an artist who comes along "once in a lifetime", she was an artist who came along once in HISTORY. There will never be another like her - she had a combination of vocal talent, stylistic versatility, charisma and class that will never even be approached, much less equalled, and she remained humble despite her great fame, knowing that it was not an excuse to be rude and arrogant, but rather a chance to set a good example, and to help and inspire others. She is loved just as much for the person that she was as for the artist that she was, and she truly loved and appreciated her fans, not just their money. She was a true artist, and a true lady, and she epitomized what it means to be a role model. God bless Selena - she was an angel among us.

Miss Selena was one of those people that had the hearts of her fans within her heart continuously ? This world lost an innobator that contributed her being for all the good here on earth ?..we as fans must continue to celebrate her life and everything she stood for ? God bless everyone of Selenas fans ! .
Her legend will be timeless. She has accomplished more in her 23 years life than most people have in twice that long. The good die young, much love to the musical pioneer as she rests in eternal bliss.
Selena was really special , she was caring, loving, funny, humble, talented , beautiful , and she was and still is so loved. she left this world 22 years ago but she's still loved and remembered like if was yesterday. I love her so dearly and I want to thank you for taking the time to make this beautiful video and for helping to keep her memory alive.

Been having a crazy week n Everytime I feel down I watch videos like this of Selena. her spirit was so enlightened n beautiful. One of the many reasons i fell in love with a girl I never met. But for over 25 years her laugh her dreams all that was taken from her reminds me of how beautiful life can b not only she's my goddess but I can relate to her music in all ways n well she always puts a kooaid smile on my face no matter how sad I am. ... But I'm sad that it's much more relevant than it needs to be today (we have to look at it and see if that's how she's remembered as since she did in fact die). And she actually is remembered as described. Such a angel, humble, and HARD WORKING girl!!!!!
