Love this , thank you. We have so much on our property in the Monashee and have been meaning to sit down to learn about it. Now, I can get out and dig some out. Love your videos.
If you're interested, this video shows the start of our trial. ruclips.net/video/C8coXoA93fI/видео.htmlsi=PqCcDqmfDPp_LrSg Essentially, I think the trial wasn't long enough to address the eczema. My sore shoulders felt much better though! Thank you for asking!
Good info and thank you for making this video....quick question...the inside of the burdock root I have is greenish...does that mean it's not ripe enough and I shouldn't use it or is it okay to dehydrate and use for tea?
Thank you! Sorry, it's hard for me to say. It could just be some variability due to how it grew or soil conditions or something. Personally if I don't like the look if something, I just remove it and don't use it.
I peeled them in this video, but now I would just leave them on. I think there's good nutrients in them that were missed. I would say yes, you could use them. At least I would use them the next time around.
Burdock root really helped my joint pain in a fairly short amount of time! I think for eczema and acne, it would take a long time for it to be effective.
I hope u can answer question. I have dehydrated root and i blended it up almost to a powder, i may blend it again. I been putting some in my coffee or should i just boil it up
@carolynlouise8659 I haven't tried blending it up and using it like coffee myself, but I think some people do that. I think it's worth a try! I usually just boil it for a tea, but I think blending it up should work.

Cool man
Thanks!
Would be great to add how to use fresh root. Also a aprox. Measurement for the amount of root used for those of us who don’t have a scale.
Where did you get your scale?
Are you pleased with it?
It's from Costco. We don't think it's that great. It seems unreliable especially at lower weights.

AHHHH Thanks
You're welcome!
Can the leaves be dried as well for tea?
I thought the roots were brown until you started scrubbing them. What do they taste like btw?
I would say kind of earthy flavour and a little bitter. They taste good I think.
How'd you get them out the ground? 😭😭 I need better garden tools 😩. Great Job. 💯💯💯
Thank you! They are hard to dig up that's for sure! They have a tendency to snap off halfway down.
Do you got dry them
You don't have to, but I dried them so I could store them.
Can use the peels as a stock?

Did burdock root solve the health problems?

DO NOT peel. The most important nutrients are in the peel. Wash skin well but do not peel
Thank you!
