Glenn Diesen: The sanest voice from Norway, and one of the few honest ones. His books are great for an in-depth insight.
Read also his 'The Think Tank Racket'!

I first saw/heard Mr. Glenn Diesen when he spoke rather regularly and interviewed Colonel Douglas Macgregor on RUclips. I was taken very quickly by both men and seek them out in my daily seeking out real news, which is a task to find in U.S. We have 98-99% managed news from our fascist govt and Corporations...but thank goodness I still saturate myself with Deisen and Macgregor, they each one blend together very well because it is more discussion than just interview by one or the other.
These brilliant men have amazing memory and without any stammer or stutter when they analyze, tell us the facts re the major war issues and (retired at 80 now) I have time to go back during the day/evening and refresh my mind because they give so much information, one has to go back...I sometimes cannot take it all in, in one setting.
Please keep up this fine educating us who do not take you or your labor for granted, in bringing all this to us who are (homebound & ill in my case) and others who seek out the facts we do not get here. I got rid of my TV 15 years ago and sought out the kind of books I did not know existed from the Colonel and my relatively new find, Mr. Deison. Thank you very, very much! Best to you & I encourage you in this often tiring work of the mind and writing, et. w

Oh my! What an education Professor Diesen and his two visitors give us, who brought him his new book, published by them, in Dutch. Grateful I am in America that it is in English as well as Prof. Diesen's Norwegian...other languages too and I pray all Diesen's books go viral in printed & Kindle versions. I must order this new book that so clearly tells the whole Russian/Ukraine story. Mr. Diesen is remarkably one of the most informed men on anything he researches and writes...what a job he did on this new historical work, telling the whole documented story no matter who did what, et.
Thanks for this wonderful, eyeopener of an interview & discussion.
If I was young, wealthy, a man of means, I'd love to get this author/professor over to U.S. on every news outlet I could and getting this book(s) of his far and wide. Thank you Mr. Diesen. Thank you to the two fine gentlemen that published the book in another language and for their knowing and putting forth to the world what they know...the U.S. and its captured vassals over the years are finally not going to rule the world with their everlasting belief in unipolarity.

Talking about the roles of deception and myth making there reminded me of Reagan's Star Wars program that most likely never was.
It was all about propaganda and brinkmanship.
Promoting this idea that the Americans were technologically SO far ahead of Russia that they should just throw in the towel.
Another bit of added pressure courtesy of America's undeniable mastery of story telling.

Dualism has been used to great effect by those defending the Ukraine war and its aims.
Any criticism leads automatically to the charge of Putin apologist or of 'being pro-Russia'.
And agreed, it is also manifest in the West's worrying flatout refusal to even maintain any meaningful dialogue with Russia.

Senator Robert Taft ,Fortress America, was the leading candidate for the Republican nomination and had the votes necessary to secure it. Then a rump Texas delegation came out for Eisenhower, Taft's delegates were rejected with the aid of $100 bills, Ike became the nominee and everyone liked Ike. MacArthur, on whose staff Ike had served as a colonel, was asked to take over but deferred to his old friend Taft who thought he could still win the nomination.

Dear Russian inhabitants I always wondered why are you so stucked for Europe? Complex of not worthness? Believe me in existing situation you have more wealth than so called old Europe together. I was surprised when two nice families Russian speaking one from Germany and one from St Petersburg visited me in Latvia. I was concerned what to prepare what to show for my guests... They stayed in Jūrmala hotel and i asked how was it? They were over happy because as they said " they even baked potatoes for us in breakfast" and they made grate banja , sauna. ! )) So, simple!!! I believe you can definitely live without European potatoes and sauna))))

Corporations are fully in control in America which is automatically understood in this discussion.. lol. But corporations is not what drives European politics because if it was Europe would've abandoned Ukraine a long time ago.. Your little gotcha comment doesnt make you a great thinker, but dont give up.

    • @bentz98125
      @bentz98125 День назад

Corporate control explains a lot broadly, but it is a given, and says nothing about the particular details of it, the strategic options it chooses from, the geopolitical environment it swims in, contradictions and paradoxes within it, etc., etc.
