Like seeing and hearing from the old school guys like TOBY and how they have taken from their experience and transferred it into making today's bikes better.

Wow, I used to read about Toby Henderson in the magazines. I think he used to race against Stu Thomsen? Great to see that Toby stayed in the industry and is doing well.

This really brings back memories. I raced a Race Inc. back in the 80's in South Africa. Had 3 of them. Heydays of SABMXA. Remember Greg Hill racing over here & launching his GHP brand in South Africa.

Love what you are doing, my friend. Being from KY we feel a little out of touch with the newest technology in BMX with all the stuff being in Cali. Although we have a pretty sweet BMX Track here in Louisville, KY. Keep up the great work sir.

@Rad BMX Builds Well I watched it again and I new I would be glad that I did so.
I love function with beautiful design, and Race Inc have got it locked when it comes to the perfect balance of retro and new.
Thanks for the insight of this educational Vlog. And I’m digging your military colour scheme black on green clothing line.
Question: Do you have any more plans in the future to release any more bikes..?
    Keep up the great work.

I was into bmx growing up, now age 53. I don't think I ever saw a 26" much less 29" bmx bike. What year did the 26" come into play?

Did you ask him about the Race Inc. NOS PK Ripper frames? So it's guys like this that ruined BMX. Modern BMX sucks compared to the late 70's and early 80's BMX... BMX is supposed to be an emulation of motocross, but it's not anymore, BMX died immediately when it stopped emulating motocross. Motocross has loose dirt, ruts, and the motocross riders sit on their seats and put their foot down around the corners... I like some of their new old school SE Racing rip off frames... but this whole evolution without reason or need is what killed BMX... the reason BMX was popular is that almost every kid could do it... it didn't matter if you won... because it was just so darn fun and the bikes from the orginal era looked so darn cool (new BMX bikes look like garbage, my seat alone, just the plastic part you sit on, from the early 80's costs more than an entire modern high-end BMX race bike for example), some of the best times of my life were experiences on a early 80's BMX bike... once BMX went into freestyle, it killed the sport because the tricks were too hard and to dangerous and the parts were too expensive for the average kid... and doing tricks is just not that exhilarating as riding through loose trails, jumps, etc... (I could do most of the first wave of freestyle tricks) .... if the sport doesn't have wide appeal it will die... I've been watching more BMX videos lately and I don't know much about the new BMX stuff except that the bikes are ugly, there is minimal to no pedaling in a modern BMX race, the modern BMX tracks might as well be on cement... and the modern BMX activities (racing, tricks, jumps, freestyle) are too dangerous (nobody wants to die doing BMX and today's BMX is waaaay to fast and dangerous due to the smooth tracks, big starting hills, and basically a downhill coasting course that requires almost no pedaling... bring back actual bike riding!!!), too difficult, and too expensive so it cuts out 99% of the potential fan and customer rider/racer base... also the races look stupid with everyone coasting around and trying to time the rhythm section, it's like a bad joke of BMX, not real BMX, and not fun to watch... and the modern bikes have evolved without the NEED for it, evolution just to make some old guy feel smart is stupid and useless... lighter, stronger, etc... that's great, but the modern bikes might as well be a stick with wheels and are just plain fugly, I would not waste my money on a modern BMX they are so unpleasing to look at and ride. It really doesn't matter if a bike is faster because 99% of kids will never become pros and don't want to be in the Olympics for BMX, they want to catch some air and get dirty and emulate riding a dirt bike (motorcycle.) And the new bikes are designed that way just to satisfy some people who never rode real BMX from France. If BMX just went back to what it was doing in the early 80's late 70's it would be a huge hit again, those bikes are like works of art with timeless designs... and people might say BMX has more people/fans into it than ever, but that's only because there are roughly twice as many people... per capita among kids BMX is not even on the radar as an activity anymore, but it used to the the main thing that kids did, above ball sports even. Remember, if your foot isn't down you aren't doing BMX.

Wow! I bet you're just the life of the party, aren't you? The only thing constant is change. These new bikes are so much better built and designed than the 80's stuff we were riding. I appreciate these companies bringing back the old school look with this generations innovations and technology. Just go ride! Have fun!

Is any of the stuff you're showing made in the United States of America? Or are you still sourcing all this stuff out to China?
