I was there myself it's a beautiful island Pearl Harbor my High school graduation back in 1991 I used to play volleyball I worked at KFC good food nice people
Amazingly quiet engines! I went to the States for the first time 35 yrs ago. Honolulu was my first port of call. Looks like Honolulu International Airport hasn't changed one bit ever since!
Hawaiian Airlines flew Douglas DC-9s from 1966 to 2001, and I'm sure that Donald Douglas would be pleased that it flies the latest version of that original "Nine." It was originally called the MD-95 before Boeing and McDonnell Douglas joined forces.
Great Video from one of the best Airliner of the world. 😎😎👍👍
Perfect landing !
Awesome. I like the video.

Hi, just wondering..since these 717's are in the salt air 24/7 do they get washed down almost daily when they are parked at night?

trent8002003 Yeah that's the problem. My family have been here for almost 30 years and the airport looks the same and needs a lot of repair.
The airport needs mayor upgrades, they still have the payphones and no USB chargers, I just came back from that beautiful place.

I MISS FLYING TO THE ISLANDS!! 🌈🌈🌈
Omg so beautiful 😁
We were stationed over there for four years when I came in the first time I was so scared I thought we were going to hit the water
Can you fly to my home next? I live at Kahului, Maui, Hawaii. Its the island right to the island.
What is the flying to Honolulu
Sure did some low banking, landed it more like how I land a Cessna 172.
