The metal piece on the bulb could of been removed, so remove it an pin it into the assembly, install the rubber cover then install the bulb with the shield at the bottom to avoid glare. I'm guessing tho you installed it correctly😎
@@cookiemonster9020 metal ring what on what you lock the bulb. That is removable. First put I stal and lock that metal ring. After instal rubber in. On the end you just put inside bulb and turn. Tadam. Made yesterday xD

No need for the cover. Those bulbs are water resistant/proof
