My uncle had java sound system every year of carnival from the early 80s and then under the fly over Giant was the owner he drove the coach volacano express use to be next to them shine head kicked off the riots one year and lelroy gibbons killed the place with his yodelling great yrs

Good interview! Jumbo don’t know what he’s talking about when he said Lady V husband used to play V.Rocket. Reuben and Parliament was the lead man dem on the sound and Valerie joined them later. Java was definitely one of the heaviest sounds, their bass was dangerous!
