You'll notice in her songs that she's prone to go into fake accents, as part of the song, the NY/Jersey accent of "daughter" un Somedays and the UK pronunciation of "better" in Fidelity are two examples.

i think that somedays might not have been the best song for her to sing on TV, its one of those songs that you like a lot more once youve been listening to her music for a bit. you have to get her style and be comfortable with her style to get this song. thats why it feels kind of awkward. but she looks really beautiful here.

I would say Soviet Kitsch was her debut on a major record label (Sire), while 11:11 was her self-released debut. I know it doesn't change anything but it's a good reminder for me.
